Dropped my car off Thursday for a Friday afternoon appointment. No call to pick up or that it was delayed so now I’m sitting without a car and going to miss two days of work really frustrating. Terrible customer service.

Woodhouse CDJR in Bellevue was a great buying experience! Leroy Davis and Jeremy McCallum made the whole process smooth and easy. No games had to be played. I shopped around and Woodhouse was the easiest to work with, and not pushy at all.

Michael Williams is truly an outstanding and kind individual. He took the time to reach out and check in a couple times on our car buying journey. We've been going through a really rough time, and he really went out of his way to find us options in our price range. I feel like it's a rarity nowadays to find auto dealers that won't try to sell you something way out of your budget, or pressure you to "come in right now". They also inspect their pre-loved vehicles, which is something not every used auto dealer does, so that gives HUGE peace of mind - I would, personally, never buy a pre-owned vehicle from a dealership that hadn't been inspected, as I feel like it's a crucial step. The entire Woodhouse family are extremely compassionate individuals and I definitely recommend checking them out.

LJ and Juan in financing were amazing to work with. We tried to buy a RAM Warlock but even after all the magic, the vehicle was simply out of our price range. Although we didn’t purchase from LJ and Juan, they are amazing individuals who are genuinely kind. When we are ready for the RAM, WE WILL BE BACK because of the respect LJ and Juan showed us. Joe Mancetti with Edwards is the best professional, no hassle, no pressure salesman I have dealt with. He and Edwards Bellevue (now Woodhouse) made my purchase easy to navigate. We reached out earlier in the week on a couple used Explorers. XLT and a ST. The XLT was at another location. We leaned towards the XLT due to Hail damage on the ST. But we considered the hailed ST. We wanted to know if the XLT was available at another lot. All I got from Eddie was that they were still working on tracking it down. So he pushed that hailed ST, and told us it was in the hands of finance and the sales managers.
On Day 2 we weren’t hearing from him. So I called the Ford South store and asked about the XLT. The website was wrong on the location of it. But Paul tracked it for me immediately at another location. He then noted it and stated he’d pass the information onto my salesman.
I then called the Chrysler location back and asked for a Sales Manager. I got LeRoy. Who informed me Ed was out and he’d do all he could for me and have a Sales Manager call me back, and that he’d do what he could to help get answers or to get the deal done. Fast forward a short time. I get a text from Ed stating he just talked to Finance and it’s be Friday before we got an answer. That was before noon Wednesday. 2 days into working this. Still never heard back from the Sales Managers. When I bought my 23 F-150, we were in and out within 2 hours. Same with all the other car buys prior.
We are now on Day 4. I understand the 4th and being closed that day. But to use that for the poor service when we started this ordeal on Tuesday is ridiculous. No car deal I’ve ever known takes this long. Next issue is I found out that the XLT location was known the whole time, but only the ST was pushed. Then salesman that promise to step up and help get things done, but don’t. The only one seeming to want to get things done, toed the line and left me with Salesman that aren’t getting things done.
We are nearing noon on the 4th Day. And no information on where we are on this. So since we were close to Fargo while at the Lake, we are looking up here in the meantime. I always heard how great Woodhouse was, and saw their plates on cars in the Sioux Falls area all the time. I have yet to see that myself. If you have to deal with Woodhouse. Probably best to call and ask for Paul at Ford South location.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael on finding the best fit and perfect car for me. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure he was getting something actually reliable and within my budget. Jeremy also was extremely helpful when it came to the finance department and he worked his magic to get me the lowest payment that was possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be coming back in the future.

Purchased my Jeep at this location in Bellevue, however, they have chosen not to honor our free oil changes that we negotiated with our purchase. We contacted the H & H Jeep dealership in Papillion and they will honor the oil changes so it looks like we will be changing. Kudos to H & H who now has our business. Woodhouse may want to reconsider this.

Purchased our vehicle at this location in Bellevue and was guaranteed 3 free oil changes. Woodhouse will not honor any of this since the buy out. Lost a long time customer.

DO NOT buy from this dealership. Purchased my truck two months ago and have yet to drive it. Had to use my extended warranty two weeks after purchase. I have been given the run around for two months and still haven't gotten my vehicle back. All they care about is a sale. I'm so fed up with this business. I have made two payments and I'm not the one driving my vehicle...

It's no surprise this location is struggling, and it's not due to its physical location. Over the past 10 days, I've repeatedly asked for assistance from the sales team as my lease is ending soon. The first salesperson I dealt with was rude and condescending. After presenting an offer that interested me, he abruptly stopped all communication, ignoring my two follow-up emails expressing my eagerness to continue negotiations.
I then reached out to another salesperson via email, who also failed to respond. When I called to speak with a female sales representative, I was informed by the call center that none were available. This turned out to be false, as the service department later attempted to connect me with a female salesperson. However, she was either not working or unavailable, and the male salesperson I was connected with never returned my call. That was the 3rd salesman who ignored me. I realize in-person customers take priority but to be ghosted and ignored by 3 salesman over the course of more than a week is unacceptable.
No one should have to beg for help at a car dealership. This experience clearly illustrates why this location has such a poor reputation and why ownership has changed four times in the past eight or so years. My experience was dreadful, and I will advise as many people as possible to avoid this dealership. In contrast, I had a 10/10 experience at a CDJR dealership in Southwest Papillion.

For years I had heard how great Woodhouse was to work with. While in the Bellevue area recently I stopped to take a look at trucks and found one I really liked. That’s when I meet salesman LJ Jasso, LJ was so knowledgeable and helpful with explaining all the truck details and walking me through purchasing process! I would definitely recommend LJ Jasso and Bellevue Woodhouse to all my friends and family!! Thank you, LJ!
