Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Tellers are rude and dishonest, ATMs don't work right, won't take money, and I've tried several, and they do not address complaints. Andrew, a teller at this location, did not go out of his way to help me with a promotion I didn't receive, and couldn't tell me the specifics as to why I didn't receive it. So, after calling customer support and them not being able to tell me, I asked for the corporate number. Andrew lied to me and said they did not have the number to corporate, however, I contacted another location, and they informed me that all locations have the number, and he should have given that to me. All in all, with his mannerisms and how he handles himself; he is not customer service oriented. The branch manager at the location is non-existent, as I have never been able to speak with him or her. Do not bother banking with BMO in general. This is the first bank I have ever regretted banking at. Do not fall for their promotions to get you to open an account because they will find a way not to pay you.

Worst bank ever! Ive bank with them for the over ten years and with in the last year had nothing but issues! Customer service you can never get on the phone have you holding for over 30 minutes. Office all over omaha cant walk into and talk to people face to face ! Would never tell someone to bank with bank of the West

I made a dispute for a product I purchased and never received, they denied my claim, saying the company sent proof that I got my item, I have asked for this “proof” several times, because I have NOT received the item and have been shown NOTHING. They have chosen to take the side of the company and now I am out almost $600 and no product. I have been told I can only speak to CS, when I called them of course angry, instead of the Supervisor Tanya being professional and try to de escalate the situation, she decided to start yelling back. She should be fired or re trained. A bank that shows no empathy when a customers money is STOLEN by an online company is horrible. This was the 1st time in my life I have had to file a dispute and the entire process was horrible. If you bank with them, I suggest you don’t make ANY online purchases because they will automatically side with the company and LIE to the customer saying they have proof you received the item. The second I called CS from the beginning, it was ALL attitude from almost the 1st call, they assume you are lying right from the start. I would suggest banking somewhere else, where they actually care about the customer, or at least don’t lie to them.

I don't understand these reviews for 1 Star, especially the one from five years ago. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!! We have been working with them for a long time and every time we do business with them they are super helpful and friendly. We have never had an issue so far. I saw one review for inconvenient hours but honestly, you can take care of almost anything common that you need on the app or website. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Used to be a good bank; now one of the worst. Their hours are inconvenient; they are closed during lunch hour and after 4:00 on weekdays. Open half a day on Saturdays? Forget about it. They are so paranoid of losing money that they now hold any and all business checks for seven days before you can access funds. I've been with this bank for 25 years but in view of their 1940s policies I will soon be a former customer. Bank of the West is banking the way your grandparents did it. Rude, slow, old fashioned, and inconsiderate of customers-AVOID!

New to town and stopped by an hour after they opened to get accounts set up. Despite desks and offices nobody was in them. The three tellers behind the counter went to get someone to help but they were in a meeting. 4 people and none could open a checking account. Went to another bank with only 3 people inside working. Got prompt service and opened checking and savings accounts. Customer service counts.

This is a nice bank and the people are nice. I made a financial mistake and they closed my account. I paid it off and I left for a much better, sweeter bank.

Not sure what Terry Harwood is trying to say in his review. Visited this branch today as I recently changed jobs. Found it to be perfectly fine. Speedy and friendly service. Very accommodating.

This brach has terrible customer service. The branch manager is a kid in his 20's and he is horribly rude. Will never do business with them again. Would not recommend using bank of the west unless you like wasting your money on fees.
