do not order pick up if you would like to actually receive groceries. order a pick up for sunday night and got a call 3 hours saying it was going to be delayed. I asked if we could pick it up at a later date; and was told by an employee it can be held for 3 days. fast forward to today I am going to say we are on our way to pick up the groceries and wouldnt you know my order was canceled BEFORE 3 days expired. my household is currently working overnights so we are sleeping for most of the daytime. I called to see what went wrong and apparently we were told the wrong time frame and what do you get in return if an employee told you the wrong time frame? An poor apology and a statement that they will talk to the employee who told me those things. I understand mistakes happen but this is A NECESSITY, ITS FOOD. So I have to wait 4 more days to receive my money back to then be able to get groceries in my house. absolutely ridiculous resolution. not the first time this store has fumbled order pick up. do yourself a favor and go to aldis.

Very accessible and convenient. A very efficient and timely way of shopping when combined with the app. I like to get in and get out. Having the aisle location to my products is key.

This is the 2nd time I have bought hamburger from your meat counter and it has been bad. I called the store and was hung up on, called back and was put on hold, no one came back on. Absolutely done with this store!

Purchased a Ribeye Steak for 18 dollars. So tough you could hardly chew it and Ribeye's are usually not like that. Purchased a Deli Macaroni salad and the lid wasn't tight what a mess. I go to Bakers once in awhile never overly please.

I went specifically for the doughnuts they serve. Unfortunately for the past 2 days they haven't had any. First day was because of the employee who didn't go to work. Second day the employee who was there didn't have any prepared, even though I saw some on the tail baker's rack. Hopefully they will remedy this, because I know I'm not the only customer who likes their doughnuts, especially since if I go later in the day, they're close to being sold out
