Drive up window service is extremely slow. Is it possible to have people wanting to pick up a prescription that has to be made up to come inside and allow people with quick pickups to quickly pickup medication? This is the second time I have waited 20 minutes

My wife called in to Bakers Pharmacy in Twin Creek and asked about my daughters meds that the physician called in for my daughter. The pharmacy tech told my wife that she would have them laid out next to mine when my son came to pick them up. When my son arrived and asked for both meds. The tech at the drive thru told him that my daughters meds would not be done until tomorrow. Although my wife had already spoken to the tech and the technician specifically said she would have them right next to mine. When my wife called the pharmacy back, they again said they were done. She asked to speak to a manager and the pharmacist got on the phone. The pharmacist said that there was nothing they could not do to help us. They had absolutely no answers except we could transfer them down to a different pharmacy closer to us (basically start the process over).We live about 25 minutes south of Bellevue and had to run back in to get crucial meds for our daughter instead of the pharmacy getting it right the first time.

I can’t believe I stayed at Walgreens so long when I could have been getting exceptional service from Bakers Pharmacy. Switching was the best decision I ever made.

Service was great at this location...not only did the sales associate give me his undivided attention when I asked for him for help finding an item ...he also stopped what he was doing and walked me over to it! He exceeded my expectations ..he wen't above and beyond to give me great customer service experience...and even better their shelves were fully stocked! Great sales that I left with additional items at great savings...Baker's Card always offers great savings ...

Weekday right after 4 pm and the delivery meat counter is closed. How does an individual who works until 5 pm even ger fresh cut deli meat. Will definitely be looking at alternatives for groceries now.

Originally, this was an Albertsons, but became a Baker's when Albertson's sold off their Omaha area locations. It's been a Baker's for almost 20 years now. It used to be a lot less crowded and hectic. It was never a particularly large grocery store, but the growth of the surrounding area has really inundated the place over the years. As a result, I'm more apt to shop at the Papillion Hy-Vee where things feel a little more chill, a little more up-to-date, and there's a lot more selection.

every time I go to pick up my rx is not ready and they say they haven't received anything until it magically appears while I'm standing there, or they don't have it and have to order it. Which is fine however I always give my RX 24 plus hours to process and to have not looked at it until I'm face to face with them is ridiculous. Don't go there unless you don't mind waiting an extra day or 2.

I went in to grab a few things the store had boxes and stuff in the walkways I almost tripped over something three times. When I went to pay the cashier CJ kept pushing the bakers card on me after I declined it twice and her and the bagger kept talking to each other like I wasn’t there. They need to train them better.

This pharmacy sucks. I've had multiple times where I've came to pick up a prescription and they aren't ready, but have had all day to fill. And I even come when they tell me to, and they still aren't ready. While waiting in line I was told they would call my name, an hour goes by and they never did. Also got cut in line when I was waiting to tell them I've been waiting an hour. Never again am I coming here

Pharmacist refused to fill an MDs prescription for me based on political reasons. Fact filled argument ensued. Feel better after educating her... but will never set foot in there again.

DO NOT GET DONUTS FROM THE BAKERY!! They're greasy and nasty. We just paid 11 bucks on 8 donuts that went in the trash.

I do not understand the deli operations at the Twin Creek store location. Why is there never enough fried chicken ready? Why? And the staff is rude.

Went there to pick up a few things, one of tour vendors was beyond rude. Pretty much left my cart full and walk out with the way I was treated.
