Well when you have a quick stop to make at Bakers ...very quick at checkout...(I went along for the ride in my Jammies so my pups could go for the ride...) very lit up parking lot and very snowplowed for customers! Always have what I need too!

I have gotten the fried chicken from Bakers at least a dozen or so times. It has been my husbands favorite fried chicken but tonight when I took a bite of my chicken, I found a rather nasty surprise. A HUMAN HAIR!!!! And this wasn't just a little hair as you can see in the picture it's a rather long piece maybe two. I feel sick to my stomach! I feed this chicken to my husband and a 4 year old child before I ate hair! I pray we don't get sick and I will NEVER again buy their chicken or anything that they make. It hurts me to write this but I don't think this is right. Yes, some may say I'm being a "Karen" but until this happens to you, don't judge.

I don't know why, but I felt that I needed to count my pain medication. If I can have it sent through express scripts I would! Anyway, i guess u would have to start counting it there before I leave. I'm prescribed 120 and I am missing 2 pills.

Exceptional customer service, they where out of my medication I need and the pharmacist went out of her way to help me get it, I can only imagine how busy they can get at times but still they always have my medication ready when they say, I strongly recommend them to all.

Horrible service at this particular location. I had to call back multiple times just to get my medications refilled. Then they didn't have enough to fill one of the medications (which isn't a special medication) so they had to give me a partial amount, which was fine. I verified with the pharmacist that they would automatically fill the remainder the next day when the truck came, and she said yes (so I wouldn't have to call back again to ensure it's filled). Of course, that didn't happen. I had to call back the day after to check on it and ask them to fill the medication they owe me. I have a full-time job and can't call back every day, multiple times a day, to check on my medication. I do not recommend every filling at this location. I've never had any issues filling at any other location. I understand not being able to fill it exactly right on time every single time, but 2 days late every time is outrageous and having to have the patient call to remind you to fill the mediation? Imagine if I didn't call to remind them to fill it again, would the patient just never get their medication? Luckily, I called back, but not every patient has the time or mental compacity to remember to call back to have to check on their medication. If the patient does their part by letting their pharmacy know they need a medication, then it's the pharmacy responsibility to get the medication filled in a timely manner for them.

Susie the pharmacist was so rude to me on the phone I’ve never had anyone talk to me the way she did I normally don’t write reviews but this is worth it don’t go here they have horrible customer service!!!!

It is with sadness that I have to write this review. I was in the store today 10/01/2020 as I am almost everyday, I saw something that turns my stomach. First I will say this was my grocery store of choice, it is smaller that the rest of the Bakers in the Omaha area, it has less inventory then that the rest of the Bakers in the Omaha area. It has that small town store feel and that is what I liked. At about 2.50 p.m. today I watched one of the store's (Baker's on Galvin) personal shoppers, while filling orders drop a package of cheese on the floor in front of the cheese cooler. Next (I still am having a hard time comprehending what happened next. He picked the package of cheese along with one he had in his hand and put them back in the box of the cheese that was already in the cooler. When I asked him not to do that, he thought it was funny and said it's not like it's not packaged. When I strongly asked him to get his manager, he just ignored me and when on handling packaged food. I took the two contaminated packages of cheese from the cooler and went looking for the manager. I found Matt the manager and took him back to the cooler. When I informed him of the incident and what I say and heard, he seamed not very concerned with it. I asked him if he was going to pull the contaminated box of cheese he said yes, but did not do it. While we are in front of the cooler while I am waiting for him to pull the cheese another personal shopper employee is handling cheese in the same area. I had to leave the store. I did call the department of agriculture food and safety and report what I had witnessed. I went back to the store to try and talk some sense into Matt. Anyone who treats some else's food with that lack respect should not be handling someone else's food. It is obvious that this store (Baker's on Galvin) is not concerned with food safety or the safety of it's customers. I have feed my family from that store for the last 5 years. Today that stops. If you know of anyone who became sick after eating food bought at this store (Baker's on Galvin) you can contact me and I will gladly be a witness to what I saw.Tim JBellevue Ne.

If it wasn't for Diego and a couple of other great employees I wouldn't shop here anymore. ALWAYS understaffed or you have other employees watching customers bag their own groceries and just stand there like they don't know what their job is. In 20 years the service went from A+ to a C at best. Why do you need multiple employees at the self checkout area? Management at this location is POOR! They have a big attitude if they have to come out and do something they think is beneath them. Disappointed because I've shopped at this location for years. I may need to switch stores.

I hate having to drive across to Omaha to find gluten free items so I decided to check this place out. They have LOTS of organic and gluten free options. My son loves the cheese gluten free pizza. I havent been to their prepared food place in awhile so I cannot comment on that, since my last review.
