“Currently living here. Honestly, I have avoided apartments for the last 20 years, because sharing walls sucks, and there wasnt as much offered 20 years ago. Anyways, We had to actually end up finding one and I'm really enjoying this place and im glad they worked with us. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities are great. The staff is friendly. The apartments are massive and spacious feeling. I just wish we had in unit laundry though haha.

UPDATE: dont plan on doing laundry on site. We've only been here 7 months and I've reported them both 3-4 times each in a 3 month period. The company just keeps putting bandaid on them. Elevate won't do anything. They just tell to to contact jetz.

Dog POO EVERYWHERE. I have pictures and videos of several tenants just letting their dogs POO and not pick it up. Signs or bag stations would be nice. It really sucks that it's not harped on to pick up after your pets. I know some other companies will fine you for it. I'm also quite shocked at how many banned breeds per the lease live here. All you have to do is stand outside for 20 minutes and you'll count how many people have pitbulls and German shepherds here. Which I love dogs but with how strict they were over vet records when we moved in, it's just quite shocking.

Anyways it's over all a decent place to live. I do still recommend people to move here even with the dog poop and iffy laundry.”

“We lived here for 5 years. Moved from NJ back in 2019. We were so impressed by our time at The Wire - amenities were fantastic, walkable to the farmer's market, CHI Center, the Old Market, and the Riverfront. The rooftop was easily my favorite part of living there. The accordion doors to the pool opened in the summer and I will miss reading by the pool in the sun this summer. This is the only apartment complex downtown with a rooftop pool. Maintenance was always quick to respond and easy to work with. The apartment itself was cozy and bright. Wifi options were significantly better than ever as well - CenturyLink serves the area and we had the fastest internet we will probably ever have in our lives. I loved living here and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience downtown life.”

“I absolutely love living here! We have super tall ceilings, a loft in our apartment, and there are so many amenities! Kathy is the best property manager anyone could ask for. She is by far one of the best perks of living here! Marcus is a great maintenance man, and makes sure things get done in a timely manner.”

They did a great job during the latest storm. They cleaned up next morning. Even during snow …. They cleaned it properly.

When ever I call in for service they do it promptly.

I do face some issues one is the CENTIPEDES. I catches centipedes atleast one in a week.Initially was very scared now use to…

And the other is the VENT … it is not absorbing the cooking smoke.The authorities suggest to open the patio door where insects are coming in. (flies wasp)

If there is play area , the kids can make more friends as well the parents.

There was a leakage in the concrete we struggled a lot during winter 2022 we couldn’t use the room throughout winter and few weeks in spring, as it was too cold.
When I took it forward they helped up to their strength.

I just shared these points to you coz it will be useful to you. And the future tenants gets the benefits out of it.

“I lived at Villa Vinee for almost 2 years. It was quiet and comfortable. I had to hoof it to the 3rd floor but the balcony view made it worthwhile. Maintenance was quick and efficient when issues arose. My favorite thing was the near presence to the Papio creek out back. I took many walks down there and was surprised at all the wildlife. American minks, ground hogs, some deer, turkeys and great horned owls were a few of the creatures I saw. The location is very convenient to anything you would need in central Omaha. If I ever move back, I would like to live there again. Only short coming is the parking, if you get back after 9pm you may have to park quite a ways from your front door.”

“Hi. I really like it here at Parkview Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful, the accommodations are very nice, and when you have a problem, they jump right on it and fix it. You can’t ask for a much better experience. For example, I was having problems with my air conditioner in my unit, and I called maintenance. They were running behind schedule, they came out anyway, and got the unit up and running and change the filter as well. They discovered there was no filter in the unit, and Marvin went out of his way to replace it. He was excellent. Once again, I love it here at Parkview Apartments, and I think you will too.Once again, i had work done on our heating and cooling unit. The gentleman who stopped by today spent close to 3 hours working continuously on our heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned all coils, and had both our inside unit, as well as the outside unit completely taken apart. I could hear him using forced air to clean parts of the outside unit and in one case, he used water from our kitchen sink to clean some part of our inside unit. He was very friendly, and I assure you he was most dedicated to the task. He did say that we need a thinner filter installed on our inside unit, but he probably told you that as well. I am completely satisfied by his work and dedication to the task. Of course I don’t know much about heating and cooling repairs, but I can assure you he examined our unit thoroughly, and it will probably run very well for a long time to come.”
