The service after the sale is exceptional at Zoellner Ford! I was stranded in Lincoln after spending the day at the hospital for my dad’s heart surgery. The last thing I needed was a flat tire, which is exactly what I had. Just one call and help was on its way! Austin not only filled me up with air, he ensured that I found a quality tire repair station before leaving me! I was saved from what could’ve been a horrible end to a long day!! Dennis, Ray, and Tyler were very professional, not stuffy or pushy. They were very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that I test drove. They allowed me to take my time, answered my questions and explained different payment options. I would most definitely recommend them and would buy from Zoellner Ford again.

The staff at Zoellner made the truck buying experience very easy. Jeff Green stayed late on a Saturday to help. Then Monday morning everything went smooth. In and out with a new truck in under 2 hrs. Best truck buying experience I’ve had.

Jeff Green and Chris the finance manager met us on a day they were closed to show us a Red Lexus RX350 and allow us to test drive it.
Their pre-owned vehicles are in excellent condition. Thoroughly inspected.
Jeff was very knowledgeable in explaining the new safety features to us.
We had a great experience!

Took my truck in to get fixes just for it to come out 4 weeks later just as broken as ever … actually made it worse than what it was so now I have to drive half way across the state to get it look at smh

I had the privilege, of spending most of the day at the service department, and I could not ask for a more courteous man, than the one that was helping me. He checked in periodically, to tell me how it was progressing, and see if I needed anything. They were beyond kind and caring! I was very impressed with the service ??
