“My fiance and I were traveling from Illinois to Colorado, on our way through Nebraska our check engine light came on as well as our oil pressure light, everyone in the area had turned us down due to unavailability, which is understandable, but Roe chevrolet was able to get us in and told us exactly what was going on and got us back on the road. Everyone was great including Todd and Larry, as well as the mechanic whom I don't remember his name. All very welcoming, friendly, and honest. Though we decided to cancel our trip and head back home we'll never forget everyone at Roe chevy.”

Car was towed into him unexpectedly, but got it done with in an hour or two to get it fit in.

“If you think customer service is a thing of the past, then you haven't meet Jack Hollister at Timpte in Aurora! I have had a unresolved warranty issue on a 1020 EZ-load trailer for 2 years, after meeting with and speaking with several company representatives with no resolution, I spoke with Jack, and he told me that he would see what he could do, within 2 weeks he had it resolved.
