Felicia is wonderful. She cut my grandson's and granddaughter's hair. They are both young children but Felicia was very patient and sweet with them. Highly recommend!

Have not been in 3yrs. The service was great until I was humiliated for asking pertinent and direct questions over the phone. I cried after I got off the phone. Never again! (The employee Felicia had known for 4months what dye was needed and also the hair style...she did not order the supplies and said I was a paycheck that she wasn't trying to avoid.) I called somewhere else that was able to get me in for an appointment next day, had everything in stock, were extremely thourough and very open to questions and concerns.
