Traveling thru town and had a tire issue. The guys were amazing, got me in immediately and had me back on the road within a matter of minutes!! Excellent customer service!

Out of town travelers please take note:My wife and I were traveling back to Texas from Omaha and passed through Auburn and needed to service to our tires. I went inside and asked the manager if I could get our tires aired up some and he said no problem, just pull around to the last bay.I pulled around and the guy opened the door as it was a cold day and aired up our tires. The most incredible part was the manager wouldn't let me pay him for his services. He was so kind and helpful and they got right to me pronto. Thank you guys!!!

They were wonderful and very helpful! We are from Texas and on our way through Auburn when we needed our tires serviced. They did a fantastic job and everyone was so nice! Trust worthy people and we highly recommend them!

I travel for work and finding a good mechanic in a new town proves difficult. I highly recommend this place. Everyone there is super friendly and they replaced my front bearing and spindle for a great price. Quality repairs without price gouging is what you can expect here.

Gilbert's has been great for everything from an oil change to major engine work. This family owned business really treats its customers right. They talk to you like a human and don't expect you to understand all the mechanical talk. They really let you know what's going on. I dropped my car off along with 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. I paid in advance because we weren’t going to make it back in time to pick it up before they closed. We picked up the car that night and found a nice note on the receipt that they had buffed the wheels and also replaced the valve stems. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making my day after a long day at work. It was vary much appreciated!
