Been purchasing vehicles there since 2013 for both personal and business use, the staff at Lee Sapp is always great. I frequently stop on my way thru Ashland just to kibitz. It just doesn't work that way at the mega dealers.

Had a great experience with Lee Sapp Ford when I ordered my new mustang. Gavin was great to work with and kept me informed on the progress of my order. When we went to pick it up the paperwork was all in order and it was a very smooth easy process. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I recommend purchasing and servicing all your vehicles here. Easy buying process with zero pressure or stress. Warranty and recall work was done thoroughly and with care. They go above and beyond for their customers. Corey and Mark in service communicated well and made sure I had transportation. They even filled up my tank! Top tier service from a first class small town dealer and shop.

Fast and very detailed. The only problem is price but in all fairness everything these days are way to expensive, maybe when I buy my next truck they will really-really work with me..I have used them for 3 repairs, new tires and all my oil changes...great group of people.

Lee Sapp Ford really is a great place. Prices are good, the people there really are always upbeat as well as professional. They have great mechanics and support staff. Even the office staff are friendly. The work is always scheduled soon after you contact them. They call you if there are any un-discussed details. They don't try to up-sell you. These are real people, and I have never had a bad experience there . I am also 'very appreciative' that I have a local , small town Ford dealership with this style of dependability and overall positive mentality to turn to when I need to purchase or when I need periodic maintenance. They really are good.

Really wish it would have went smoother. In fact, I know it could have gone smoother if they didn’t lie to us. Told my wife there was a person signing a check right in front of them to buy the vehicle we were looking at. Lo and behold, the vehicle was still available a few days later and we came in and got the vehicle after some interesting conversations. Upset that there was no transparency or honesty. I won’t list their name because it is their livelihood, but please for future reference just be honest to people.
