“Helpful staff, knew how to multi task without leaving his main contact. Very knowledgeable about his products and plans. My only complaint is with Verizon itself. I bought a $750+ phone and still had to pay an activation fee and a fee to have my info transferred from my old phone to the new one. I am a 20 year customer, seems like gouging to me.”
