Worst experience... I ordered a couple of parts for my tractor and never received any shipping information...no big deal...I waited a reasonable amount of time and reached out to them asking for the info. No one could provide it. I called again and asked them to look into the matter. He assured me he would get back with by the end of day. Never heard from them. The next day I sent an email to the company asking the same questions...never got a response. I called the following morning and asked to speak to the manager...he assured me he would find out and get back with me by noon....never heard from him. I had to call him 5 mins before closing and he still didn't have an answer. Finally a day or two after that I got some shipping information. The product never arrived the on the ETA. A few days later this BEAT UP box arrived with a bunch of random parts (none of which I ordered). After reaching out to the salesman about the issue he had no clue what had happened. The most annoying part of the debacle was NOT ONCE did the manager Chris or the salesman Heath ever apologize or try attempt to make it right. They wouldn't even have UPS come pick up the heavy box..I was told to just keep it. The gentleman who refunded my money did apologize and gave some sort of a logical explanation. So my tractor has been out of commission for over a month because of this.

I have purchaced some farm ewuiptment there. They are really friendly, and they even matched the price of another dealer for me. Their parts department has always had what I needed on hand.
