Second time I’ve felt completely ignored. Was hoping the second visit would change my thoughts. I came in to do some last minute Christmas shopping and needed help. Staff were little to no help. Made eye contact but felt completely ignored and the overall vibe was just off. Again like my first visit… terrible costumer service. I may not have a ton to spend but doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be helped or welcomed in.

Chelsea is a gem. She helped me with my purchases and did a phenomenal job wrapping. She always had a cheerful and helpful attitude even during the hectic bustle of the Whitefish Stroll.

They are one of the best outfitters in town. They've introduced me to several brands that have now become staples for me and always have cool fashionable + technical gear inside. It's dangerous for my wallet to walk in there...

One of my favorite stores in the area. They always have cute clothes and shoes and you can hit some amazing sales throughout the year! I decided to leave a review today though because I bought a very expensive pair of jeans back in the fall (4 months ago) and I brought them back into the store today because they weren’t holding up. I wasn’t sure how they were going to handle it but the lady at the register was amazing. She apologized that they weren’t holding up and refunded me for them right away. Absolutely love stores that stand by their products and I will happily remain a customer of toggery do to their fantastic customer service!

We are a frequent customer of the Toggery, and always look forward to shopping there when we get into town. We also recommend it to all of our friends, so we were a bit put out by our experience yesterday.Myself and my friend were loaded down with clothing, and tried to check out at the front register.There was a lady ahead of us, at the register trying on clothes and looking at herself in the mirror. The woman at the register never made eye contact with us, ignored us, and just kept complimenting this woman on the clothes she was wearing.After several minutes, our arms got tired and we went to the mens side, where a very helpful saleswoman came running from the back to check us out. As we left the store, the customer at the register was still trying on clothes for the woman at the register.

I called The Toggery with a question about a pair of boots I had seen. I spoke to Carrie and she helped me determine the model of the boots, informed me of the sizes they had and offered to put them on hold for 24 hours. Carrie at the Toggery provided excellent top notch customer service. Beautiful clothes and incredible customer service make The Toggery one of the very best places to shop in Whitefish.

Was there today on 10/22/22 around 11amA couple of people in front of me were welcomed and greeted into the store.When the same lady by the register saw me, she quickly turned around as to ignore me. I even purposefully went to the counter to look at the cute stickers to see if I'd like to purchase some, she was only 2 feet away from me and didn't even ask if she could help me since they were behind the glass case.Then I just walked away and noticed a $200 jacket I liked and would have definitely purchased. Again she just looked at me and didn't say a thing to me since the jacket was difficult to get on my own. I was very uncomfortable by her tasteless customer service and sales skills and left to find my Husband in the Mens area of the store.My Husband spotted a wallet in the Mens area he loved and a young girl approached us at the register just looking at us and never saying hi or how may I help you.I finally had to ask her how does the SECRID wallet work to eject the Credit Cards? Before she even said anything I had already figured it out myself.The wallet was $100. They lost a $300 sales all because of how impersonal the staff was.I'm a Professional Sales person, and the service they gave us was completely unprofessional!

I loved this store. Amazing finds inside.I found name brand things like On Running shoes as well as some brands I had never heard or seen before.Amazingly large selection of ladies clothing, shoes and accessories and all were pretty on trend.

Nice little ski town! However, I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against inside the store. The lady at the front of the store greeted everyone with a smile, but stopped abruptly as soon as she saw my wife and I approached her. We went inside hoping to find something interesting to purchase but all the sales "associates" ignored us except for the nice lady by the women's shoe section. God Bless her kind heart! I will Never Ever enter that store again. Please, do not bother to go inside that store if you are an individual who looks different. Beautiful mountains and sceneries overshadowed by total IGNORANCE!!!

Nice shop. Not as many sale items and as much selection it seemed to me as the Kalispell location, but most of the same things to choose from and it's co-located with a coffee shop.
