Loved their customer service, and although their prices had been climbing steadily over the past couple of years, they still had the lowest prices in the valley.
UPDATE: Super 1 no longer has the lowest prices in the valley. They are just as high as the national chain across the street. Service has gone from outstanding to abysmal. The checkers are slow and incompetent. I have to return to customer service about half the time because I've been overcharged. Super 1 went from being my first choice to my last resort.

Terrible customer service, I went to my local market for a treat and the lady working by the register her name was Naomi she had the worst customer service ever I had the worst experience with her. I did not leave the store happy she made my day worse I advise people to not shop their with that lady working?

Super one always has what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lines get really long at checkout sometimes but the cashier's are always patient.
