“Garden Wall Inn is absolutely a treasure. The location is perfect to downtown Whitefish. Restaurants and shopping are just a few blocks walk. Every detail is attended to perfectly by Chris and Rhonda. The Inn is quiet and very clean. The breakfast is fresh, visually beautiful and delicious. I loved it and I cannot wait to return! Thank you Chris and Rhonda for making our first visit to Montana so special!”

“Super cool, throwback property. They are up front about letting you know there are no elevators. It did not bother us one bit. The breakfasts were great. The lobby sends you back to another time. It is at the base of Big Mountain, or Whitefish as its called now. You can pretty much ski--in and ski-out and enjoy the mountain resort with ease.”

“I had the most amazing time at the Chalet Inn. Very, VERY helpful and wonderful place. A mile from downtown and restaurants meant a quick bike ride to and from, the mountain view on the second floor was amazing every morning and I loved the little sitting areas outside of the rooms!Also, loved all the personal touches in the rooms the flowers and the fur friends in and around the office. The staff were amazing and super friendly as well! Definitely very recommend and I'll stay next time I visit Whitefish.Rooms: They're very clean and cozy. Definitely something different from the branded hotelsNearby activities: So much to do, visit Glaciar National Park amazing, Whitefish Lake was lovely, Whitefish Mountain.Safety: Very safe and quietWalkability: Just a mile away from downtown, it was a great walk”

“Very nice hotel right in the middle of town. Not a lot to do in town it didn't seem like but there are a couple stores right near the hotel. Excellent food at the hotel but a little pricey. Good service. Good bar. Nice room.”

“We loved our stay here. Fantastic rooms, great location, loved the pool, sauna and hot tub! We had dinner here and it was absolutely amazing. Drinks were divine too. But I can’t get over how fantastic the service was. Most places here in the valley have pretty bad customer service but that is not the case here. From the moment we checked until the moment we checked out they were so helpful and courteous. Jen at the front desk needs a raise! She is 10/10!! We will definitely be staying again”
“Shout out to Trent at the ski shop for helping me buy a pair of demo skis yesterday - The skis he recommended ended up being by far the finest pair of skis I've ever ridden on.The staff in general inside the Whitefish Mountain base Lodge is always a pleasure to interact.The mountain itself can be mercurial - often dark and gloomy with heavy fog and poor visibility, but when sun can makes a brief appearance you can capture some amazing pictures (as I've shared along with this review that were captured over a 3 month time period).”
