Our van was damaged by this “company”. It was obvious the damage occurred using his roll on/off rig. He inspected the damage, denied it was done by him, and offered zero help. The repairs cost over $2500, a week delay on getting my van back and I STILL have a new vibration that we noticed as soon as we left the repair shop.
I would leave my vehicle abandoned on the side of the road before I would let “Donewrong” towing touch my vehicle again. What a hassle!
Follow-up:
I spoke to Dirk, the owner at this company and he again denied responsibility and then hung up on me. A waste of more time.
Dirk damaged my vehicle and refuses to admit it. Don’t use done wrong towing.

Dirk is a down to earth man who is honest as they come, whenever I’m in the flathead valley there is no one else I’m going to call for anything tow related!

Thank you so much, Dirk! I ran into unexpected car troubles on the way home from work. My key was stuck in the engine, wouldn’t turn on, and I was so sure I was going to have hundreds of dollars of repairs. I had absolutely no idea what to do. I called Done Right Towing, Dirk came to check things out and solved the problem instantly. Just a quick tightening of bolts! I was amazed. Thank God for Dirk :)

Done Right Towing is the best!! The battery in our vehicle decided to clunk out on us while on vacation in Whitefish. I called Done Right Towing to help with a boost. Dirk was there in record time and had us back on the road in no time. His dog “Sadie” is an absolute beauty and happily occupied our children with endless tricks while Dirk worked his magic on our vehichle. All around great experience and I would make Done Right Towing your first call if you run into vehicle issues in the whitefish area. Many thank you’s Dirk & Sadie!!!

Done Right Towing is awesome. They got me out of a pretty bad spot on a very icy road. They responded immediately and pulled my truck and trailer to a safe spot with no problems. Brian and Dirk were incredible! Having my car totaled was a horrible experience but the flatbed operator, Brian, was immediately helpful in the situation and frankly calmed my nerves. He helped me get where I needed to be and gave advice on the area as I was a tourist. Dirk was responsive and helpful in my unique circumstances. First question was asking how I was doing after the crash. Great people. Great company.

Not sure what this persons issue is but running people all over the road isn't the answer. Everyone's trying to get somewhere on the road... definitely wouldn't trust this company towing our vehicle
