Scamming old people
Update. Make sure they actually have the title to the vehicle you are buying. They buy a lot of cars off auctions.

Had my rig towed here after an accident. Nice folks but not in a hurry to get things done.

Brought my vehicle in for a brake service after having an all points inspection on
My last visit telling me the "pads" are showing wear and time to have them restored. I was called back saying: we apologize for the error but your brakes are in very good shape. No charge was assessed and I was beyond relieved-NEVER have I experienced such honesty. Don K happy to be a customer of yours more than ever! God bless you all.

They had a used car I wanted, told me it was in getting a recall done and getting refreshed for the sale. Told me that I had to put $500 down to reserve the car, I agreed since I am in California and they said it was the best way to reserve the car for when it's ready. They told me with the $500 I had the price locked in and the car locked in for me and once the car was ready I could decide if I wanted to get the $500 refunded if I didn't want the car or put it towards the car. I put the $500 down and then not even a day later they call me and tell me (might I add not even nicely) that they had made a "mistake" that the car I wanted they didn't plan on selling actually and they wanted to send to auction. They gave me 2 choices, pay for the car in full without even seeing the car OR get the $500 refunded and lose the car. They literally went back on their word even though we have it in writing, I thought about seeing legal counsel but figured what was the point? Even if I did get them to sell me the car at the agreed upon price they would probably mess it up before I get there to mess with me so I just let it go and got my refund. What's REALLY interesting is that the car is still up for sale on MULTIPLE used car websites so clearly the car IS for sale and for some reason they didn't want to sell it to me. I can't think of any reason besides possibly racism? They didn't know that I was Asian until they saw my last name on the contract for the $500 deposit, that's literally the only that changed, which is surprising to me since... is my money not the same as anyone else's money? oh well horrible experience, they weren't even apologetic which is what made it worse, finance guy had a rude attitude towards me on the phone when I asked if I could just fly out there now and check out the car "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" like relax bro

They have never gotten back to me, I paid for extended warranty, numerous times , They don't seem to care, they know it's a factory issue but don't seem to care.

Do not buy a car here. We bought a brand new 2023 Suburban last year and now 6,000 miles later are getting a “transmission overheating, idle engine” error. The Chevy website says to immediately get it serviced. After speaking with Don K, it’ll be a month before they can see us. Didn’t offer us a rental car. Didn’t even seem interested in helping us honestly. Thank God Corwin in Kalispell could get us in sooner.
TLDR: we spent $60,000 on a brand new vehicle that’s now having MAJOR issues one year later and we can’t even get an appointment to be seen.

3* for now. 5* for service, 5* customer service. We bought a vehicle and they are not standing by the sticker options. If they don't provide what the sticker says then it's a 1*.
Update 6/2024. They don't stand by the sticker options!!!
*Why make appointments at 7am if we have to wait outside until 715? We don't have other things to do?

Blake Johnston and all the crew did an amazing job helping me get the car of my dreams and a deal I could afford. They were very professional, knowledgeable, yet made you feel like family. I loved my experience ♥ so will you. If you need a great car go see Blake at Don K Subaru in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. Tell them Virginia sent you and they will send me a gift.

Bought a $37k truck from Don K. Factory warranty and an extended warranty. Took it in for service today. Told they can get me in in three month. Fuel pump is out. Truck is dead. Sitting in my driveway with a full warranty with nobody to fix it. Towing down to Ronan to have the dealer down there fix it. Done with Don K. Wow…..what a way to sell…..and not service your trucks. Talk about bait and switch…..more like bait…..

I wish I could give this a zero. It all started when I bought my 2019 Subaru Legacy. Absolutely nothing but issues with my battery ever since. Evidently there are issues with the batteries in the 2019 subarus but the dealership won't tell you that. I went in multiple times. They finally put a new battery in but everytime it gets even slightly cold it won't start. I have had it jumped so many times that I know the tow guy by name. Then came the most recent. I called and made an appointment because my battery is just covered in battery acid and corrosion. Plus I had drivers window issues. I get there right at appt time and am told its too late in the day to get diagnostics. Um hello, you made the appointment and I told you exactly what was wrong. Well after some arguing they took it in and I sat int he waiting room. In that same waiting room was three boys all under 10 and their parents no where to be found - evidently they were outside and left the kids alone. They were loud, messy, destructive, throwing things - no one said anything. Ridiculous. Then when they came to say my car was ready I find out they didn't do anything with the battery - just cleaned it off and sprayed it and told me "oh that is perfectly normal" - NO its not - it is not normal for a battery to leak acid all over the connectors and everything. Then on top of that he said so your window losts its programming - and I was like oh well could it have been because of a DEAD BATTERY multiple times? Yet nothing was wrong with my battery, yeah OK. Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible environment, will never ever purchase from them again, although I am sure I will be back because its just a matter of time before the battery thats leaking acid stops starting my car again. Get it together subaru, my son and parents had a 2019 subaru with the SAME battery issues, they figured out after 8 visits that my parents car had an electronic part that was faulty causing all the battery problems, guess mine wasn't worth diagnosing much less fixing. Very frustrating and horrible experience.

I have been servicing my 3 Subarus for about 15 years here. Ioved convinience and quality of work that I received. Sad to say but it is time to change most probably. First it stopped working on Saturdays, then cars are not washed after service any more, then appointment needed for oil change, now punch cards are canceled. And today I was told that credit card payments are charged now 3% more. What will be the next "improvement"? People that work here in Subaru services are very nice, but almost every time I come to change oil I find new faces...

Our fastest and friendliest car buying experience ever. We were coming in from out of state, but Szymon and Jason helped us prepare over the phone, then took care of the test drive and signing in record time. Even better than we hoped!
