Shockingly Poor Service and Safety Neglect:I recently had the misfortune of dealing with them, and I can say without a doubt that it was a nightmarish experience. My visit was prompted by a safety concern regarding my brake pads, which had been neglected by another Jeep dealer.My ordeal began when I brought my Jeep to here at opening time for a simple brake check, as my brakes were grinding metal on metal. Instead of offering the swift and professional service one would expect, they outright refused to even take a quick look at my brakes. Their excuse? They claimed it would take at least a couple of weeks to schedule an inspection. This response was not only baffling but also alarming, as it left my safety hanging by a thread.I explained to them that I urgently needed to drive back to Colorado and that the condition of my brakes was a serious safety concern. However, they displayed a shocking lack of concern for my well-being and safety. They callously dismissed my pleas and essentially left me with no option but to look elsewhere for help.In desperation, I turned to Les Schwab Tires, which happened to be nearby. To my immense relief, they immediately inspected my brakes and discovered the dire state they were in. Without hesitation, they replaced both the brake pads and rotors, ensuring my safety on the road.My experience here was nothing short of a disaster. Their refusal to address a critical safety issue and their utter disregard for my well-being were appalling. It is beyond me how a dealership, especially one associated with a reputable brand like Jeep, could behave so irresponsibly.

This review applies to the Service Dept. only. Two stars because their oil change “Express Lane” is by appointment only. I’ve been to dozens of Ram dealership Express Lanes throughout the US, and I’ve NEVER had to schedule an appointment. Should they even be allowed to call it Express Lane if an appointment is required? There’s nothing “express” about that.

This review is more for the service department than the sales. We have bought a few vehicles here. Every time I try to call for service it's dropped calls not sure if they hang up on me or I get a message machine. I leave a message and don't hear back. I tried since May to get in for a possible fire hazard recall. Spoke to someone in May and he said they would callWhen the part got in and I never got a call. Left two voice mails since May and nothing. Today called got hung up on called...back spoke to Alex about my recall. He said he could get me in October 24! It's August 22. He was obviously frustrated since they are busy. I explained I leave the area before the 24 and he said then the 13. After telling me "don't know what to tell you ma'am were are busy"...Don K Dealership touts a 200,000 mile warranty but frankly they are too busy or lack staff to handle service well. I know now days it's hard to get anyone to work but a two month wait after months of the part not being in for a possible fire hazard with my truck is unacceptable. Let's hope I don't catch on fire .

Despite buying a new 2023 Grand Cherokee with promises of family-like customer care, my attempts to contact them have been met with silence. The car is plagued by electrical glitches such as random beeping, failure to power down, dashboard freezes, and even failure to start. Adding to the frustration, I've received a safety recall notice from Donk. I've made six calls and left voicemails, yet not a single call has been returned. It's incredibly disheartening to invest in a pristine 2023 Jeep with zero mileage only to encounter such a multitude of issues. If given the chance, I would gladly return the vehicle.

We can't say enough about the service at Don K! We have come in multiple times before pulling the trigger on our new vehicle. Each visit all of the sales and services members have been very kind and helpful. This visit we were fortunate to have Jacob B. as our guide to get us into this new truck. He made the process quick and smooth from paperwork to scheduling services for our add on's. Additionally, we looked at multiple vehicles before making a decision and there was never an incling of pressure. He also made sure the keys were pulled and the vehicle was ready once we knew we wanted to come test drive. James has also been worth mentioning as a helpful guide during our vehicle buying process at Don K. Lastly, in the service department- wonderful service ? hands down the best truck buying experience for us in the Valley. Thank you to everyone at Don K, we will be back for any future vehicle purchases.

The best you can hope from a business is to help you exhaust every other option before you absolutely need them, and that is the reason Rob from Don K earned my trust.We were on a trip to glacier when we lost our (extremely expensive apparently) car key.Rob was gracious and kind to guide me through the process with my insurance, the costs, and the needed forms - but even still, he went on a call with my rental company and asked them to send the spare key to me overnight.I was so stressed I didn't even think about it, and my rental company didn't offer. But Rob made sure we got the best, quickest, cheapest available solution. He was kind and patient and made a bad day better.Thank you.

Had to get the oil changed on my Dodge Ram 2500. Wes and the guy were awesome. They got my truck done in about hour (it's by appointment only) and checked my breaks when they rotated the tires. Needed new front breaks but they took care of it and I got it back the next day. It might be a little bit of a drive from Kalispell just for an oil change but I will be back and I'm going to send everyone I know. Thanks Wes. Good job crew.

I just wanted say that these guys are great to work with. They were transparent and straight forward about everything and matched the trade in value on my old truck. I didn't feel any pressure in finance to add extras and got all the rebates I qualified for plus 2.9 APR financing on my new RAM 1500 Ecodiesel. I couldn't be happier with the transaction and look forward to enjoying this RAM for many years to come. Thanks to everyone at Don K, great work!

Apparently all this dealer cares about is selling cars. When our Jeep started running rough and couldn't be driven anymore we brought it to Don K since it was on our way to Alaska. What a mistake. Although we were without an appointment I would at least expect them to run a diagnostic check (5 minutes of time) in order to determine the time needed to repair it. But after 4 days (yes 4 entire days) they hadn't even done that!! I finally gave up and towed the vehicle to Cranbrook Dodge in Canada. What a difference! Even without an appointment they diagnosed immediately, ordered the part immediately and were done the next day at noon. Don K Jeep service was the worst experience ever!
