I don’t normally stop at “souvenir shops“ but this one grabbed my eye, because of their really cool selection of shirts and hats with the yellow stone park theme. The story is beautifully, laid out, lots of really fun, unusual, and interesting items that to me at least don’t seem over priced. Really good high-quality stuff. I bought a hat and some huckleberry jam to remember my trip. Terrific service to, the girl behind the counter was most friendly, and Professional. Something tells me I’ll be stopping by this shop next time I’m through town!

Just returned from Yellowstone and I am so happy to have found such wonderful huckleberry gifts to bring home! Their prices are better than any other store I visited. Every employee was super friendly and helpful! The store is very clean, well organized and items displayed very nicely. It doesn't have that touristy feel. It's more like a boutique gift shop. I wanted to get so much more but couldn't carry it on the plane. Wonderful experience!! Hope you plan to stop there during your travels.

Just got home from trip and went to wash my new sweatshirt and the seam is coming apart. Tried calling the store and it just hangs up.

**"New owners*** Great news!! The mean old lady is no longer at this store! The new owners are wonderful people and the vibe in the store is welcoming and friendly. There are many new items and product lines to browse and purchase. This is quickly becoming a rival to the best gift shop in town (the Yellowstone Trading Post inside the IMAX theater). I strongly recommend to all who visit West Yellowstone that they stop in at this shop and experience the outstanding customer service and amazing selection and variety of goods. There are many unique items that can only be found at this store. You will be glad that you found this place when you see the low prices on the treasures within. Don't forget to get yourself an ice cream cone at the booth just outside of the shop, it's a nice way to use the money you saved by shopping at the Yellowstone Park Gift shop.

I believe the store is under new ownership with new employees. They still have some of the best prices in town and now friendly employees. Always a great selection of Huckleberry products!

This is my go to gift shop in West Yellowstone. I make it a point to come here each time I come through. I have never had an issue with any of their staff. The owner is great.

Large gift shop, variety of souvenirs, staff was friendly, no mean old lady as other reviews mentioned. Was open during the winter.

Super friendly. Great place to find souvenirs while here in West Yellowstone. There is also a super friendly dog that was there today. We will be back.

Large selection of shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and your standard vacation souvenirs. Jay’s help was invaluable and we had a nice conversation at check out! Glad we stopped in, and would definitely come back.

By far the best store in downtown. It just keeps going and has one of the best selections of goods. Anything from clothing, toys, home decor and more. Jay was working the counter for check out and provided A+ customer service too!

I read the reviews and thank goodness James was working and not that rude lady. This store was by far the best store in town. Unique and fun items the other stores lacked. Customer service was top notch! Mahalo from Kona Hawaii.

Would give one star. The cashier was discriminating to the customers. Just went shopping in West Yellowstone and ran into the rudest person ever! I asked where to put my debit card in at as the sign said had credit cards hand to cashier. She pointed to the sign and said can’t you read and ripped the card out of my hand. She kept pointing to the sign asking for me to read it out loud to her. Before I could get my card back she had charged me, so I couldn’t just leave. I told her I could read as she handed me the receipt and told her to have a good day and maybe be nicer to her customers. I will never shop there again and hope that others think about how rude she was. What if I honestly couldn’t read?
