Doggy Den Luxury Doggy Daycare and Supplies
527 Firehole Ave, West YellowstoneI agree with some of the other reviews that if I could give 100 stars I would. Our experience with the care our Lab received while we were staying in the Yellowstone area was unparalleled to what I have experienced at any other daycare facility. The exceptional 1 on 1 attention is something you usually do not see. I cannot recommend the Doggy Den Daycare enough to anyone lucky enough to take advantage of their facility.

Ernie's
406 US-20, West YellowstoneNice good food... We took a (To-Go) sandwich and fried chicken w/ biscuit & gravy and ate it almost 4 hours later, and it was still tasty and fresh. Recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch if you are in the area!Parking: The place has close to 10 spots in the front. Not sure if there is parking in the back. Street has plenty spots around the place.

The Buffalo Bar
335 US-20, West YellowstoneA great restaurant and bar in West Yellowstone that had amazing drinks and pretty good food too! They have a hot chocolate butterscotch liquor drink that really hit the spot after a day out in the cold and the brussel sprout chips were super addictive. The ambiance is very fun and pretty much what you’d expect of a bar such as pool tables, tvs with sports playing, and various taxidermied animals. Our only complaints were that it was a little loud to hear each other and the family at the table behind us were letting their kids kick a soccer ball around the restaurant, but that’s not really the restaurant’s fault.Vegetarian options: There aren’t many vegetarian options here outside of salads and certain appetizers like the brussel sprout chips. While delicious, it wouldn’t be the first place I’d seek out to look for vegetarian food specifically, but also I’d argue that West Yellowstone isn’t really a town known for that in the first placeParking: We visited in off-season so it wasn’t hard for us to park in the small side lot but I can imagine that in peak season during the warmer months it might be a bit of a challenge to find space immediately during lunch/dinner rushKid-friendliness: The bar is definitely open to kids and they have a separate kids menu for them to order from. The restaurant section is a bit removed from the actual bar area and there’s pay-to-play games like pool and darts that could theoretically help distract a kid while waiting for food if you trust them to behave well enough.

Mountain Mama’s Coffee House & Bakery
17 Madison Ave, West YellowstoneExcellent food!!**the gluten free reviews seem to be outdated**Our breakfast burritos and sandwiches were so good! We're coming back tomorrow! I love the little vibe of their cafe and gift shop.Find Me GF and some other reviews lead us to believe they were more GF friendly. They absolutely can do a burrito bowl instead of the flour tortilla. But the reviews on FMGF are very old and not accurate to what is actually there. This is not a complaint. Just helping anyone who was confused like me- I have a celiac kiddo.Their online menu is accurate!!!! Check that!!They had samples of treat, that huckleberry bread pudding was mind-blowing!!!So so worth the visit!!
