The Post Office received a letter that was addressed to our physical address (not by us mind you by our work place) and put a nasty note on it saying “we really shouldn’t put our physical address on a letter if we don’t get mail there”. Yeah. Not kidding, we DIDN’T, it was a mistake but thank you for the note.So here’s a note for you Victor USPS. Maybe work on NOT putting other peoples mail in our PO Box almost EVERY. DAY. That’s seems like the problem you should be focusing on, yeah? Have a nice day.

they delivered a package that was empty and ripped open and was told usps employees ARE NOT held accountable for theft within the workplace also marked it as "delivered with minor damage" there was absolutely no package just an empty box. The employees who work here have no knowledge and lack customer service. AVOID USING THIS USPS AT ALL COST. Manager there was no help at all. Can't wait for the robots to take your jobs!

2 times now tracking shows package delivered. However, no key in my PO Box lockbox. First time they just forgot to put the key for the lockbox in my PO Box. This time they say they did put it in my PO Box and someone picked it up. However, I never had a key in my PO Box. Now they tell me it's my responsibility to track the package or file a claim with the shipping company. I will be closing this PO Box and going to another town to get my mail.

Shipped live chicks from Iowa. Was initially nervous about them arriving safe and sound.The final destination was Victor. I got a call at 7:30 am (before the post office actually opens) to let me know the chicks were there.They are healthy and happy on day 3 at my house.
