Their policy is to automatically charge you $99 if they don’t have a contract with your insurance carrier. The catch is they don’t give you a courtesy call to let you know that. They charge you the $99 and send the medication out vs asking if you would rather get it filled at your pharmacy with your prescription coverage. My insurance covers the medication pluse accepts the coupon making the medication less than $5. I’m furious with this company. They see nothing wrong with this practice.

Make sure you remove your card numbers from system. They like to charge you for prescriptions you canceled and then tell you you're SOL. Never use this company they have zero morals and couldn't care less about their customers.

I read reviews and was skeptical at 1st. I mailed my prescription, which took them 5-7 business days to get. After they received it, I got my prescription 3 days later. Overall I'm satisfied

The staff is always helpful when I call in for refills. Shipping is always very quick and they even offer an overnight option for a reasonable rate when I catch myself running too low and need a refill fast. I have been receiving my mail order medications from this pharmacy for many years and always have a pleasant experience.

WARNING: Do NOT trust this company.I am VERY disappointed with this Pharmacy. I was a little weary when at FIRST, my HSA wouldn't approve payment to them and SECOND, that they store your credit card on file and do NOT give an option to pay with your card as you order. With hesitation, set up my account mainly because they offered the medication at half the cost of local pharmacies. During that process, I made sure that I chose NO AUTOMATIC REFILS. I was starting a new medication and I did not know how it was going to effect me. I refilled the script for 2 months then decided the medication was not for me. I kept receiving emails asking if I wanted to receive a refill and if I did to log into my account and approve the refill. Once on the site, they do not give you an option to say "No" to the refill so I figured if I did NOT say yes it would not be refilled. A whole month later I noticed that I was charged $99 on my credit card and that my script was being refilled. When I called customer service to stop the refill, the same day I as the PENDING withdrawal on my credit card, I was told that they could NOT stop the order. They told me that once I received the medication do not open the package and to mark "REFUSED" on the envelope and send back. Then once they received it back they would then start the refund process. I asked the Representative how long is that process and she could not give me an answer. I thought to myself, if they could pull off refilling WITH OUT my permission, what's stopping them from saying that they never received the medication back. I would have no proof that I sent it. I decided then to have them send the medication and remove my account from their system. Other than writing this review, I have reported them to the BBB and seen that they ARE NOT ACCREDITED by the BBB. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Tengo tres días intentando entrar a la página y no me deja entrar para adquirir mi medicamento ya mandé correo y llamé por teléfono indicando que la página queda en blanco completamente y no puedo seguir avanzando tendré que llamar a mi médico para que me cambie de medicamento en otra farmacéutica

It’s ok. Seems only meds they want to send out is contrave. My doctor sent them a different prescription they called me say we don’t really do other meds you’ll need to go elsewhere!

Received my first prescription no problem. They ran my insurance and didn’t require a payment since it was covered by insurance. I had to send over TWO requests to refill, but they never got it. Learned today that MULTIPLE people have gotten screwed over by a system error. I’m told now that they never had my insurance on file or a payment method and that I’ll need to wait further for them to submit a prior auth. Completely incompetent. They offered to bypass my insurance for $99/month for medication I got for free last time. STAY AWAY if you can!

Always lightnng-fast to respond and go above and beyond. I am a terrible customer - always changing my address and needing priority shipping. The team at Ridgeway always helps me get my meds to the right place at the right time. And they are always kind while they're doing it. So grateful that my Dr receommended them to me.

Never sent prescription. Called them a week later and they had never sent it AND when I called them they didn't give me any reason so they told me they would overnight the prescriptions the next day. They did not come I called them and they had no explanation for not sending. Liars, terrible communication and will not take ownership of their lack of communication. I needed meds to manage asthma. Will not use them again.

Steer away from this company unless you want your time wasted. This company leers customers into thinking that they can save on prescriptions. However, they waste your time trying to confirm that they have received your prescription from your doctor. They don't warn you about longevity of medication or warn you that you need to have refills. They do t work with you when your medication is running out and act upon the request to fast track their hectic queue. I feel very disappointed with their service. They try to pin those mistakes on the customer. Very disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
