How does this "company" even stay in business? We spent weeks trying to set up for new service. First we called and they sent a gentleman out to inspect the site. That went as expected, no problems. Sadly, that was the last time they were able to do anything at the agreed on time.
Four weeks later, when our appointment to set our tank rolled around, they no-call no-showed. I called to find out what happened, and they said we had "fallen though the cracks"....and that they had no appointment on their schedule for us. The gal in the office then required to fill out a credit application, refusing to listen as I explained several times that we would be paying upfront and didn't need their credit account. She was rude and unwilling to take responsibility for the fact that their first form gave this as an option, but she didn't know how to open an account without a credit application. After a second gal in the office finally straightened this out, we were scheduled for a second tank setting and filling. Mind you - my husband had rented a trencher and dug the trench to the required 18" depth prior to the first visit. This second appointment was scheduled for an afternoon. That morning, the guy who was supposed to set our tank called at 8:24 am, and left us a message saying he couldn't figure out where to set the tank, and that he didn't think the trench was deep enough. Again, no tank, no propane. No responsibility was taken for the fact that it might have filled in over the time their company took to get out there due to rain, etc - or the fact that he, again, wasn't there when they told us he would be. He carried on about the other three customers he had on his schedule, and how busy he was...clearly, we were a bother to him. Well, don't bother, kid! We'll take our business elsewhere, thank you.
This "company" would do well to train ALL their employees in basic customer service, appointment setting, and procedures. They obviously have myriad problems, and don't deserve our business. Think carefully before you give them yours.

New propane company for me. They were recommended by my family. So far I am extremely satisfied. Prices are good, customer service good, propane delivery on time. I like them.

I have been with EP for about two years. Initially they were very professional and helpful. The service guys were super nice and installed two tanks on my property. Propane deliveries are generally prompt and the drivers are very nice. In the last couple months EP has been unresponsive to my request to upgrade to larger propane tanks, they never return my calls, the office staff is not very helpful when you show up in person, and they do not sell above ground 500 gallon tanks. It seems if a customer requires any services or requests outside of the basic propane deliveries, then the service from the office staff and people running the business is HORRIBLE. I am going to find a different propane company for my service.

I just made the switch from Energy Partners to PSI. EP gave me an estimate for a new regulator, tank upgrade, and associated work that seemed overly expensive. I then pursued the same quotation from PSI, come to find out, this switch was going to cost thousands less.Furthermore, when I inquired about receiving back the pro-rated tank lease fee for half the year, EP said NO. They also wanted to charge me $130 to come get their tank?! I'm glad I made the switch. I never take my time to review any companies, ever. I've made an exception in this case. People should be warned about EP's business practices.

I recently made the switch from Energy Partners Propane Solutions to PSI Propane Services Innovated, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My experience with Energy Partners was a nightmare, which included running out of propane in freezing temperatures, filling the wrong tank, overcharging, and a lack of resolution or credit despite their promises.Enough was enough, and I'm grateful to have found PSI. Their service has been outstanding from the start. They are quick, friendly, and efficient, always ensuring my propane needs are met promptly. But what truly impressed me was their pricing, which is significantly better than what I was paying before. I'm now saving a remarkable 9% on my propane expenses, which is unbelievable! As a customer of over 10 years, the experience with Energy Partners was embarrassing, but PSI has restored my faith in propane providers. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. They have proven that they value their customers and take pride in their work.If you're looking for a reliable and cost-effective propane provider, I can't recommend PSI enough. Don't make the same mistake I did by sticking with Energy Partners. Make the switch to PSI and enjoy top-notch service and significant savings

Review for Energy Partners:As a customer of ********************** for over 10 years, I have witnessed a noticeable decline in the quality of service and customer support, particularly during the previous winter.Last winter was an absolute nightmare. I had pre-paid for a winter contract, expecting uninterrupted propane supply to keep my home warm during the freezing temperatures. However, one bitterly cold morning, I woke up to a chilling realization - my house was freezing because the propane had completely run out. And let me emphasize, it was -20 degrees outside.Running out of propane in such extreme weather conditions is not only a major inconvenience but a grave safety concern. Propane serves as the primary source of heat for many households, and being left without it in subzero temperatures puts lives and property at risk. Extreme cold can lead to frozen pipes, potential damage to the property, and even pose health hazards. The fact that Energy Partners failed to ensure a consistent and reliable propane supply, especially when it was most needed, is deeply unsettling. It highlights a severe lack of responsibility and a disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers. A propane provider should prioritize safety and take proactive measures to prevent such situations from occurring, especially during harsh winter weather. The incident of running out of propane when it was -20 degrees adds another layer of concern to an already disappointing experience. It is alarming that a company I have been loyal to for over a decade would allow such a critical oversight to happen, putting my family and me at risk.I sincerely hope that Energy Partners recognizes the gravity of these issues and takes immediate action to rectify them. They need to improve their communication, implement stronger systems to prevent propane shortages, and prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers, regardless of the weather conditions.

They took a tank off my property that was sold to me when I bought the house in 2020. The previous owner never paid since 2001. They are thieves the tank was part of the sale. The company should have spoke up earlier then 3 years after the salePlus, never re-emburs men for the 43% of propane that I paid for

This company is the best Propane provider by far in the Bitterroot Valley. They find ways to give you the best prices and are always there for you. We used to have a different company and thankfully we changed providers several years ago and have never looked back. Thank you Energy Partners.
