I am so pleased with the work I had done at Three Forks Auto that it will be my first choice for all future auto service. The owner was responsive, clear about costs and timeline, and made sure I was happy with the finished work.

Very helpful when we had a cold weather car break down while trying to catch a flight. Coordinated with a tow truck and took care of our stranded car which made it possible for us to continue with our plans. Over and above customer service and great mechanic work

Work done September to December 2023The mechanics and front desk there are amazing. I first got my battery jumped and replaced by them months ago. Everything was super easy and smooth. They had one of those jumper packs that worked instantly when jumper cables wouldn't. I asked the gentleman if he can help me fix my furnace to my rv, and he drove and escorted me to a local shop nearby which did the best and most fair priced work I've got done in years! Thanks so much to referring me to Trailer Pros.Now I got my brakes changed for cheaper than most places can do it at three forks auto.Extremely helpful and nice people.Have an attitude of gratitude when calling or arriving and everything will be great

I broke down on the road, had it towed to this shop because they were close, I told them I thought I blew a line or a seal. They proceeded to tell me my transmission was blown, and I would need to pay them $4000 to get a new one. I told them I would just come get it on a tr a iler that weekend and bring it to my trusted mechanic and they said that should be no problem because "it'll drive right on the trailer ".My mechanic replaced the transmission seal for $1100. I have my vehicle back, and it definitely didn't need a new transmission. It's a shame this shop gave me the girl answer, thinking I was too stupid to know they were trying to screw me for $3000!! Do NOT take your vehicle here if you are a female! They think you are stupid, and they will try to cheat you.

My car had the check engine light on, so I immediately brought it to Three Forks Automotive. He fixed the seat and some other minor things and charged me $1500. The check engine light was on still, but he told me not to worry about it. He did not fix the problem I brought it to him for and it was completely unsafe to drive.

We had engine failure on the highway just outside of three forks, and were luckily able to pull into Three Forks Automotive. Paul took a look at the car immediately, but since it wasn’t an easy fix, had to schedule us for a few weeks later on.We ended up getting the car towed to the dealership in Billings, but Paul was really helpful with advice and working with the towing company because we don’t live in town and had to coordinate from afar.You can just tell he’s a super kind and generous person, and even though he didn’t work on our car, we are extremely grateful for how much he helped us.

Showed up on a Thursday at said open time on window and on Google at 8 am waited 30 minutes for someone but no one ever showed, guess this is how they do business ???
