These newly designed rest areas are nice, real nice…. Private stalls too so you don’t have some trucker grunting and dropping unholy bombs in the stall next to you like at Love’s.

This was a very welcome rest stop! I needed a restroom break and some water. Unfortunately, the water fountains were not working.
Walked around a bit, read the historical marker, and had a drink of warm Gatorade. Chatted with a few people who were admiring my motorcycle. Then it was back on the road.
