This is the 2nd package in the last 4 months that I have been sent to the Stevensville Postal Service and it be directed back out of their service. The first time took a 2 week trip out of state and back In and this latest was that it went to Stevensville Post Office then got lost at the post office and now, I went in and they barely looked for the package and now I have to wait 5 days just to wait for a refund because someone lacks intelligence or someone is just being lazy.

Worst mail service of all time. I do not get my mail despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue. I ordered something from Amazon only to have them forward it to Colorado Springs, CO. Why?? I have no clue. I called to ask why and “Keith” has no clue either. I’ve had this issue now for almost three years with no resolve. SMH!!

I came in to drop a package off 5 minutes before there “lunch” time and they said they didn’t have time for me. Mind you there was nobody else in line. If you want the worst service, Make sure to come to this USPS, because they do not care about their customers whatsoever.

They blocked off my mailbox for an unknown reason and all my mail was sent back to the sender. When I asked why this was happening they had no idea and didn't offer me any help. My bill way paid up. After 7 ½ years at the same box I have no idea why this would happen out of the blue.

The last three times I’ve gone in, the gal working the front has been apathetic and quite honestly sort of rude to deal with. I’ve now started going to Missoula or Hamilton to mail stuff and avoiding the usps here completely. She clearly must hate her job, maybe she needs to get a new one.

If I could give negative stars I would.There is a young lady there that honestly has to be the rudest person I have encountered on several occasions I see other complaints about her....guess they dont care who is there.

Usually this post office was good at getting packages delivered on time but now you have to wait 2 days after the post office gets the packages to receive them.whats going on here?theres a new young girl that started not long ago thats rude and doesnt seem to want to go back and look for packages claiming they dont have enough help.please someone check this out because all of stevensville is getting frustrated with this post office

Very disappointed with the level of mail delivery. No matter who I talk to peoples checks are never delivered on time. Supposed to be delivered on or by the first of every month. All the workers have a variety of reasons why they’re not. One worker told the disabled person that they had the right to withhold said checks for up to 7 days pass delivery date. Come on people get it straightened out. Still haven’t gotten this months check and it’s the 3rd.

Our clerk was very helpful. She had to be creative with a specific package and she came up with a solution. All with a continuous line of people.

I went to pick up my package and was told it had allegedly been given to my neighbor. I didn't even know that was legal. Anyways I still haven't found my package. I was shocked they just gave my package to somebody else

12/2022 - We have the BEST USPS delivery people. They are courteous, friendly and delightful. I receive mail on a rural route off Hidden Valley South and our road is steep and slippery in the winter. I appreciate their preparedness and cheerful attitude. Thank you for hiring excellent delivery people.

Probably the worst post office in the nation. They won’t deliver or even inform you that they are holding your mail. I have switched all subscription services and other available mail to ups. Your tax dollars hard at work

I have never had a bad experience here in over 10 years. Everyone is very helpful and will solve any issues with delivery problems that may occur. The postal employee who delivered to the corner boxes also delivered packages to my house on almost a daily basis, he was always pleasant and never had an attitude because he had so many deliveries. Thank you Stevensville Postal Employees for treating me so well EVERYDAY for over 10 years!??
