Kimber said she would hold it for me even though there were still people waiting for a unit to become available. The price was very reasonable.”
“4-star review only because I always believe in improvement, not because of any negative experience. My experience was VERY good. Clean & secure gated facility. Friendly, helpful staff/owners willing to work with you if you are upfront with them and don't wait to the last second. I thought the charge for the lock if it had to be replaced was high, accidents happen and people lose keys all the time. I didn't lose mine and won't he charged a lock fee, but still a pretty high fee if I did and would rather of used my own lock if allowed.”
