4-star review only because I always believe in improvement, not because of any negative experience. My experience was VERY good. Clean & secure gated facility. Friendly, helpful staff/owners willing to work with you if you are upfront with them and don't wait to the last second. I thought the charge for the lock if it had to be replaced was high, accidents happen and people lose keys all the time. I didn't lose mine and won't he charged a lock fee, but still a pretty high fee if I did and would rather of used my own lock if allowed.

Great facility. My wife rented a unit and I stored my car there over the winter. It's fenced and secured, there are cameras all over, and it's lit up nicely at night. The office is nice, and the people there all seem very friendly and very willing to help answer any questions I had about my unit or my bill.

I had a little oil spot on floor but rest clean. They kept security deposits. Not really big deal over 20$. But should have left all my garbage. And made them work for that 20.

I rented a storage for 3_1/2 years from these guys and they called the cops on me she I rode my fourwheeler with my 3 yr old son on the access road In front of there office! Never a warning never anything! Dishonorable people as far as I'm concerned! They also are snoopy and go look in everyone's units with a rope camera and that's also the reason for there not being a tight seal on the bottom of the door and why all units get flooded every spring!

Dont rent there but I like the fact that there's always some one on site during the days. Not many people do. And also the owner used his tractor to push my car out that was buried in 2 feet of snow! How great is that!?

As the owner of Far West Mini Storage, I need to say that one of our 1 star reviews is the result of someone having a business disagreement with our son and this person made an assumption based on our last name that our son was an owner. As a result he posted a 1 star review when in fact he had never rented storage space from us, or had any business dealing with us; as a result his 1 star review is a false review.

Brand new units with the best pricing. Very nice and helpful staff. If you need storage definitely talk to these folks.
