I have had nothing but problems with this bank. The only reason I had an account here is because they are the only ones in town. I have had one account overdrawn and they couldn't tell me why but it shouldn't have been overdrawn. And I have paid all of my debts to them and I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now but forget it. Just a bunch of untrustworthy bullies. First, they called me through a blocked number and they are lucky I even answered. She never gave her name and just started saying I have overdrawn $4.98 on my account and knowing there wasn't anyway I had overdrawn my account I asked her why, she said ignored me and said that if I could stop by and pay it as soon as possible. I told her I don't live in Montana anymore and wouldn't be able to do that. She didnt even tell me what bank she was from and so I had to ask her. She was so rude to me from the start of the conversation but after asking that she treated me even worse. Well, they called on a Thursday and I didn't get paid until the next day and I couldn't make it to post office on time. I honestly tried to get them the money that was due. This isn't the first problem I have had with them either. When I had a reoccurring paycheck coming into my account every two weeks, it would take several days for me to be able to access the money. They told me it was a problem with my employer and so I asked him about it, he said no that it wasn't true that I should be able to access it immediately, like the other employees who strangely enough had accounts at different banks. The only other person who had difficulty with their account had one at this bank also. There are many people around town who have had problems as well. It is so frustrating dealing with this bank and practically begging to access my own funds. Don't bother with this bank. They are disorganized and rude. Now, I have to send them $4.98 (that I didn't even spend) by November 30, 2017 or they are going to send it too the national new customer account database for account abuse as well as the outstanding balance. So thanks so much for nothing. And although the employees have been nice I have never trusted this bank and now I have no reason to ever go back.
