Been trying to get a hold of someone to find out the rates, but no call backs. Tried to go and see what they have for weights or machines, but can’t even go in and see.

This a great gym. Puts 24 hour fitness to shame. I had everything I needed for a great work out and didn’t have to deal with the crowds or compete for equipment.

it's little, but it has everything we need here! basic cardio equipment, free weights , cybex machines, and some yoga classes.

Great gym and staff. Very helpful in getting you the workouts needed and even more helpful for just being there to assist you if you need an extra input on a workout. For such a small gym it really has everything you need in it. Owner is awesome she has trophies sitting next to her desk for fitness completions so she's the real deal. Great trainer and excellent at helping isolate and turn 20lbs into 60lbs.

Just passing through town, needed a workout and found this gym. It was clean, plenty of exercise equipment to use, no wait and the owner was friendly and most accommodating. I highly recommend.
