Very poor! Went in ahead of setting appt and asked for cost on oil change. Of course I got the run around about “if it needs filter”. Pretty sure no one has ever not needed new Filter in this place! All I asked for was oil change because I wanted to take it to my regular place! Imagine my shock at the $177.00 charge. I called several other places and not even the Lexus Dealer was that high. Stay away from this place! Total rip off!

Check engine light driving to Seeley and at 9am with no appointment Glen helped me with reading the codes and test drive. Fast and friendly service. Quality professional mechanic.

They helped my family and I when they really didn’t have to. To be honest I hope to never need their services on a road trip ever again, but if I had to choose a spot for the ol’ truck to stop givin’ er, I’d choose right smack in front of Glen’s Automotive! Very pleased with their service. Ended up having a flat tire (car still in the garage). Within an hour,, tire was removed, took it back to their shop to repair the tire and returned to put it back on.

This place was amazing. We came in to get a new tire put on near closing time and they gladly accommodated us even though they would be late getting out of there for the day. Great pricing, fast, very pleasant staff. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

I needed an immediate tire repair while working the Colt fire. We called ahead to see if they could fit me into their schedule and they said to come right away. When I arrived, they immediately took my truck and began the repair. They were professional, personable, friendly, offered me coffee and chatted with me while I waited. My wait was very short and I was back on the road. I cannot thank these folks enough! AMAZING, INCREDIBLE customer service! I highly recommend!

The people at Glen's Automotive Services are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I had a horrible experience of hitting a deer on Friday, and spent a few hours in Seeley Lake waiting for a tow truck. Although the shop doesn't do windshield replacements, they gave me a recommendation, and let me sit in their lobby to stay warm while I talked to my insurance for an hour. The guys in the shop even taped up the windshield for me (they did an excellent job) and vacuumed up the broken glass inside the car. No charge. The receptionist, Wendy, was so kind and understanding and just made the aftermath of the collision a lot easier to deal with. So although I did not get any car maintenance done, I would use them just based on their customer service and the kindness of the people there. Plus, the lobby houses a very impressive collection of Hot Wheels cars which is fun to look at while you're waiting.

At the Glen's you get an excellent customer service, along with honest, professional and efficient service. Extremely friendly and caring people who do their best to help you for very honest and reasonable fees.We had been on a long road trip from Vancouver, BC, Canada and were in need of car maintenance and oil change as we had a long way to go to our destination in Yellowstone and all the way back to Vancouver. We turned up at the Glen's and got our service done very fast, in spite of their being busy and our having no reservation obviously. When I explained our situation to the lady at the front desk, she accommodated our service right away. She and Glen, both were very friendly and welcoming.Service: Vehicle maintenance

My daughter and son-in-law had a flat with a bent rim 10 miles away with barely enough cell service to text. I called and they sent someone to pick up the kids and the tire, got it fixed enough to get somewhere to buy a replacement rim and tire, then drove them back to the vehicle. Very kind and reassuring. Thankful they were able to respond so quickly!
