A huge thank you to the man working tonight!! We had to evacuate our home in Dixon and our truck with our dogs in it was on empty!! Called and let him know we’re having to leave last minute and won’t have a fuel to make it to our destination, he told us to not worry!! He’d stay late and make sure we got to fuel up and get out!! Thanks again for helping my man make it to us and for making sure our dogs got out safe as well!! A true angel of a person!!

I have mixed feelings on this one...... I was a guest at the hotel, and they have done so much work and cleaning up. It's looking great. The rooms are very spacious, and CLEAN, and watching the sunset out one of the back windows is beyond stunning. The hotel front desk employee is so, kind, helpful, professional, and an absolute pleasure. The hotels housekeeping employee is incredible. She has these rooms immaculately clean!! She was also a sincerely hard worker and treated guests with hospitality, and respect!!... Also some VERY poor things happened. My son, and husband stepped out of one of our rooms at around 10:00pm to look and see if the gas station was open. When doing so the door was accidentally locked and shut and the key was left inside on nightstand. We were locked out of room that had half of our belongings including our 4 year old handicapped daughters medications, and her special food. We looked EVERYWHERE in our other room for an emergency contact, with no luck. We then walked to the hotel office, the gas station, and candy store to see if any numbers were displayed for guest assistance... NONE!!! So we checked our credit card statement and saw we were billed by Ninepipes Lodge. I called the number listed online for them only to reach a voicemail box. I left a mssg explaining situation. I also sent them messages via Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. I then looked up fire department number and called them to see if they knew how to get in touch with ANY hotel staff or owners. No answer there either. We then realized that we would have to wait for someone to get back to us or for the gas station/hotel lobby to open. We ended up staying up all night with our youngest, because she was without her meds and food and VERY upset! Finally at 5:30am the gas station opened and my husband walked over to explain and ask for a key. The Allard's Stage Stop (gas station) employee told him we'd have to wait until she could get ahold of a hotel employee. About 15 minutes later she came walking over with key. She then opened room for him without ever asking for identification, without ever asking for his name!!! Wow! She then says "you can ask em to reimburse you but they aren't going to because it's your fault!" She then pointed over at a room door next to us and said " And the guy you needed to talk to stays right there. " At which point I raised my voice and I admit I was upset, and said " why and how would we as guests be aware that that wasn't another guest, but an owner/employee? " " Did you really expect us to disturb what we thought were guests of hotels and ask another guest for help? That's not right! We tried to get ahold of someone but there was nothing here that provides guests with emergencies or after hours assistance contacts." She then said to me, " yell at me again and I will lock you back out of your room!" She threatened to lock us out of our already paid for, spent almost $600.00 here in last 3 days, finally got help in; Room!!!!!! I am absolutely appalled by her complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and respect!!!! I really feel that we should be reimbursed something. A discount at very least. We did mistakenly lock our own key in room, but Allard's Hotel should hold themselves accountable for the lack of providing emergency and after hours contacts to guests, which kept my daughter wailing all night wanting and needing her food and meds and for the dispicable behavior and complete lack of professionalism displayed by their employee... Those are 2 very bad qualities to have in someone that works in the hospitality field. She was awful! I will keep you posted on what occurs and how they handle this situation......We just found out that the door lock/knob is broken and it sticks.

We rolled into a small town after a few days in the back country. We were dirty, probably smelled, and were tired. The nice folks helped us get our laundry done, got cleaned up, suggested a great place for dinner, and just over all went so far above and beyond to help. The place was immaculate and bed was comfortable.

Great little motel that saved my bacon when I was I a pickle. I was lucky to have driven past and was able to get a room when all hotels in Missoula were booked for the night. The room was clean and everything was in good working order.

Found this on our way to Glacier, excellent rooms, great staff, gas, a store, and pizza all in one stop . Easy beautiful drive to the park, but don't miss the National Bison Range practically outside the back door.
