My left ear was clogged up, tried Debrox ear wax removal, that made it worse. So, now there is massive ringing in my ear. It's Friday afternoon at 4:15, my wife says to call the clinic, I'm reluctant, but I get the receptionist, who says she'll have the nurse call me...right. The nurse does call, asks how soon can I get there, 15 minutes, we get there, nurse takes me to an exam room while I'm filling out paperwork, examines my ear, has the doctor come in who examines my ear, nurse then squirts water under pressure into the ear, cleans it out and the ringing stops! All very friendly, efficient and professional. This out of towner was very pleased.

If you're worried about your sick child, don't even bother trying to take them to the roundup clinic. I called 3 times today and finally on the 3rd someone answered and I asked "are you taking walk ins today?" The receptionist said "let me transfer you to the nurse so you can ask her" ok fine, the nurse phone only rang 2 times then sent me to voicemail so I left a message with my name and number just asking if they were taking walk ins today. I waited 2 hours till I finally just loaded my sick boy into the car and got to the clinic door only to read a little paper THAT THEY ARENT EVEN OPEN FOR WALKINS TODAY. as in the clinic door was LOCKED. At 2:30 on a Friday. Why didnt the receptionist just TELL me on the phone "the door is locked, unless you have an appointment we cant see you " what is the point of even having the clinic? I would have taken it over just being ignored. So on top of a sick 11 week old, and myself being sick, we had to drive all the way to billings just to be seen outside of the e.r. And you know what? I was seen an hour later. Same day care means SAME DAY CARE.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I’ve been to the ER outside door, but couldn’t get in. Good thing I wasn’t shot!! I’d have bled out on the steps. Calling the hospital number does no good because no one returns a call and dialing zero for assistance gets you disconnected. What a joke.

Labs are great. As usual, it's the Holier than thou gossips, Roundup IS KNOWN for, same attitude that tarnishes the clinic. Not had a bad experience there in 9yrs, One CNA was fabulous when I was in ER a few yrs ago.

My daughter burned her hand with boiling water, the doctor put bacitracin is and shes in serious pain!Thanks Roundup Memorial and a bandaid on it and sent her home. Now the burn is worse where the baciy

Great facility for a rural area. Older building, but well maintained. Lots of nice new equipment you wouldn't expect at such a small hospital. Clean, convenient. We bring our kids here for all their checkups/ immunizations. Having an ER close by is a huge plus.

I was more than happy with all my care. The food was good. The Drs, nursing staff all excellent. The cleaning staff was somthing else's. They were always busy and did an excellent job. Can't say enough good about this little health facility. The physical therapy was the best I've ever had, both in patient and out patient. Your so fortunate to have Kevin as your physical therapist.

Waited three hours just for a 10-minute ear exam. The staff were friendly, and the nurse was super nice, but the PA was very nosey and rude. Obviously had to sit in the waiting room, but things got ridiculous when he put me off for over two hours, past closing time. Wasted even more of my time when he finally showed up because he wanted talk about pointless things that had nothing to do with my problem. Never going in again unless I’ve got leukemia or something.

Hard working staff that are dedicated to the patient care experience, safety and consistency. They are consistently working behind the scenes to improve care processes and better themselves as a whole organization. I would highly recommend!
