After nearly $300 per month internet bills for normal modern usage of the internet, I was forced to switch to another provider. The billing is non industry standard and they are taking advantage of the Roundup community. The going rate for fiber in this area should be about $110-120 per month unlimited. This is above industry standard, however I understand the Rural premium is a must due to the fiber that must be laid. But $300 per month is just insane. Look elsewhere for internet if you stream, or have kids. Checking email would be ok.

Spoke with Newer rep, 3 days ago about Late 'electronic' Payment? WTH? Stopped to help someone on Hwy, they nearly repeated, verbatim, what was spoken with R-up Rep. I have more maturity in my big toe than most of the office, Minus Charlotte. THINK she's okay. Like Sheriff's office, den of Insecure gossips....Avoid at ALL Costs.

The people here are very personable.They go out of their way to provide their customers with the best services available....If you have any questions about your bill or other services offered they are happy to help with the answers, or find someone who knows more about the services you have questions about..... Been complaining for years with different excuses every time. One week it’s router problems. The next we’re told we use too much. We’re constantly paying more for “better internet” the internet though mid-rivers is a scam. After you make a complaint the internet gets better for a couple hours then tanks again. If there was any other service to use it would be used. If we could just get the internet we pay for that would be great.

The two ladies who helped me today were wonderful. I can’t remember the second woman’s name but one was Evelyn. I made a mistake which they were quite helpful in rectifying and belong me to not repeat. I truly enjoy having a local center to not just pay my bill but be able to talk to someone face to face. Mid Rivers is a great internet provider and I would definitely recommend.

Customer service is so soBut here in Roundup the price is ridiculous. 19.99 plus 20 cents a gigabyte. So if your kids stream, play video games, use it for schooling etc. Your bill be highWe average 150 to 200 a month. They call it wide open internet you only pay for what you use! I've had better internet for 60 a month. Shame on you mid rivers for taking advantage of your monopoly in Roundup.

We have excellent service for our internet /streaming needs we have. This service is half of what we have had to pay in the past with other providers. We enjoyed working with the team in Roundup from start to finish.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. If there were any other option for internet north of Billings I'd have that instead. Charlotte is the only good thing about this company and it's because she's got great customer service. Otherwise the internet is worthless. Most of the time I don't have connectivity. And when I do, it's slow, buffers all the time, and cuts out. Aaand don't bother calling a tech to come out and look at it. They don't have the ambition to actually fix anything.
