Went there tonight. The female bartender (tattoos, dark curly hair) had an attitude and shortchanged me twice. Although I’ve lived 5 minutes away from the golf course for years, it was my first time ordering from the bar, and I won’t be going back.

Born and raised in Montana, and I love Red Lodge, I understand the “resort town” vibe but if you’re going to pay $75 for 18 holes and a cart go somewhere else because this ain’t it. Pro shop staff was to busy breaking down beer boxes to charge me a ridiculous fee and although the course layout was challenging the accoutrements left me wanting. All of the cart seats were ripped. No coolers for beer and $7 for a glizzy. Get wrecked. Still shot a 79.

Horrible conditions on the green. Who puts at box next to the highway? On my way by my brand new car was nailed because the t box is 20 feet off the road, parallel. No blocking net. AVOID this place

This is the second year in a row this course has been in horrible shape. For the price this course should be in pristine condition. I have played many public courses across the country for almost half the price that makes this course look like a farmers field. No wonder when I drove past twice a month there are no golfers in sight. Like in caddy shack I think they killed all the golfers not gophers. Never a thought in my mind to take out of state clients here to golf. Embarrassing to say the least

Okay now that I played all 18 the back 9 greens need work for the price but the course layout in the back 9 is the best. All holes seem to be in between houses so that is why the price is high and probably will do nothing but go up. I am sure the greens will get better maybe give it a month or two.

As other have mentioned.. Leave your putter at home. Don't expect anyone to mention that prior to finding out yourself, expect to pay full price. They overbooked the course to the point we needed to wait for everyone finishing 18 to get a cart to use. Not well managed and in pretty rough shape. Guess with only one course around it's a chance to play but so far from being worth $75 it's not funny.

Beautiful course, but as other reviewers said there should be a discount for the condition of the course. The greens are in rough shape, but the fairway is also poorly mowed and maintained. The tee boxes are terrible, with dead grass and no attempt to keep the ground flat.At more than $50 for 9 holes, I expect better maintenance. The city par 3 plays better than this.

This course is not worth the money. I payed 75 for myself and every green was more brown than green. Shame on you as a golf course if you can’t even care for the grass. they could give a discount for the garbage greens but instead you pay full price.Good luck playing in the overpriced dirt patch….problem is all they care about is the dollar sign…

Greens were "under construction" but that was the understatement of the century. The warning sign should have said something along the lines of, "greens are so tore up from the floor up, take minimum 2 strokes off your total." Also, a discount should have been offered at least for the time being. The lady at the desk was not pleasant either. I didn't get her name, but she was not a great addition to the facility. Also, tons of water, brings lots of balls!

Really hate to leave a 2 star review but these conditions need to be captured. It’s hard to stomach paying $72 for this, the greens were very bad. Greens were hardly alive, fairways were very bumpy, rough was dry and had lots of deep bumps, tee boxes were not level almost anywhere. Views were good but man, should be a $40 round if that. You can tell it was probably out of their hands, but in the meantime, there’s better golf elsewhere. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! The food truck was amazing!

Absolutely the worst course I have ever played. For the low price of only $85 not only do you get to play on the gravel pits they call greens but you get to embark on a journey through lush jungles they call fairways. For anyone who enjoys golf and a full wallet avoid this course at all costs.

We stopped at the golf course to eat at 28 Peaks Kitchen food truck. The bison gyro was phenomenal.

Looking for a way to drain your bank account and have an awful experience at the same time? Boy have I got the place for you! For the super super low price of $85 you can go play in a farmers field, and have the worst time of your life playing golf! Because the conditions were so terrible and the entire course was backed up due to overbooking and incompetent pro shop staff I asked for a refund. However all I was given was a rain check. I thought about selling the rain checks to help recover financially but realized it would be too mean to even give these away to some unfortunate soul. You couldn’t pay me to play here again. Avoid at all costs
