“After driving all the way from Big Sky yesterday I discovered when we pulled into town that all the lug nuts were loose on a front wheel. Like easily spinning off! Stopped in right when he opened and he torqued everything to spec within 5 minutes, all wheels to be safe. What a pleasant guy!”
