What a great box! I was visiting this gym and received a very challenging workout and one-on-one coaching. I learned a new rope climb technique and excellent pointers on my lifts. I scale everything and this was no problem for George to coach me alongside all other members. Hope to attend again.
Head Over Heels is the center for family activities in the Mission Valley.
