We had a problem with power from the transformer to our house. I called the after hours outage number around 8 pm and someone was at my house at 8:30 pm. They quickly found the problem and provided a temporary fix to get us through the night. They came promptly the next morning and made the repairs. We were super impressed with their performance! Thank you MVP!

There is nothing like walking into a building and immediately feeling unwelcome. Most of the ladies present were rude or seemed irritated to do their job.

Rates aren't very good they used to be but they are jacking them up also kind of suspicious how my bill doubles in the winter time when I quit running ac and start burning firewood

Had a meter put on a pole and did the pay as you go option. Never used the pole for anything and got notification we had gone over our usage. Contacted MVP and was told that it doesn't matter if we use the power or not we get charged daily just for having the meter. To bad this is our only option for utilities in this area. Crooked

Still have everyone's bill due on the 15th. Yet, if the 15th falls on a Friday -- because they aren't physically in the building. Despite the payment arriving from the bank on time, or earlier. Until someone enters the payment -- you get a late fee. Terrible business practices. Wish we had another choice. They know we don't so they don't care.

Billed me an extra 40 bucks because my auto pay didn't go through. All because my card was frozen from fraud charges at the time, and lady said I had to get proof from my credit card company mailed to them, before they would reverse it.

They are a great company! If anyone thinks this company is bad in any way... GO TO A BIG CITY! Then you will see what they require. I think this company IS THE BEST OF ANY WHERE ELSE YOU MIGHT LIVE.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lacking integrity and they make their decisions based on if they can make money off of it. Definitely not for the people. Greedy and unethical. Sure wish there was another power company around.

I have lived in a number of more urban places where power restoration takes days at times. Here in a rural area with lots of space and relatively few people not to mention trees and Mother Nature to contend with, these guys are Superman Fast getting the lights back on! Doesn’t matter, day-night, below zero or 100+ degrees the crews are on it with a tenacity and commitment to get the power flowing again! Thanks MVP!! Oh and did I mention better rates than most of Montana and the nation? And real local people to answer the phones?? Truth is, we need more companies in this country like MVP!Keep doing what you’re doing!

I see some great reviews and I don't know who they get that great customer service from. We yet to have them come back as promised and cut the rest of the tree down. On top of that I was placed as an authorized user on the account 2 xs filling out their own form and they tell me everytime im not authorized. On lady found it and told me it was on the bottom of the notes . When I came in again and asked them to look there the lady out right refused. This has nothing to do with paying your bill. They are flat out rude and I can no longer deal with them I just have the amount holder speak with them. Lol worst ever.
