My husband just had emergency surgery and we were from out of town when my drivers side window would not work and was in the down position. It was also in freezing cold temperatures and I had two dogs with me. After calling tons of places that showed no compassion for my situation, these two gentlemen got me in right away and fixed my window. They were supper busy too, but fit me into their schedule. I can't thank them enough!

I was in desperate need of auto repair. I was told by several other businesses they were too busy to help. This company Zip Auto Repair was also booked out. But took the time to give me 4 referrals and ther numbers. 15 minutes later, they called me back to fond out if I had any luck. I did not, so they gave me several more options and continued to follow up until I was helped. I wish I could have had my work done there! Great business ethics, and nice people
