Willy’s is by far and away the best shop in Missoula. Kind and courteous staff were quick to help and they really saved my ass with the service to my car. Shout out to Bryce for not only getting me back on the road but doing so a day before the work was scheduled to be done, on a busy holiday week no less. I like to do my own work if I can, but if it’s a bit out of my wheelhouse I won’t take my car anywhere else. 11/10 would recommend!

Not shop related. I ran into 2 employees of Willys auto at a gas station and needed some assistance with a broken ignition key. They were both so nice and helped me. If they are this nice away from the shop imagine the service they provide to their customers. Thank you Emily and B. I really appreciated your help.

This place is the best auto repair shop in the area. They found the mysterious issue with my car thats been haunting me for weeks and fixed it same day. They even gave me a rode to my hotel. Amazing people great service.

Willy and Emily were great to me!. They protected me from my abusive ex-husband Don Sawyer. Don was asked several times to leave the property due to his abusive behavior to everyone involved, but refused to leave. The owner Willy told him to leave the property. Don had me crying and he kept yelling. Willy and Emily had to sneak me out of the Willy's Auto because Don wouldn't leave. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I just had a very negative experience at Willy's. I took a friend there to find out about her car. She is an older lady with a disability. She asked me to take her to the bank so she could get the money to pay for her repairs with was over $1000. I took her to the bank and brought her back to Willy's to pick up her car. I was waiting for her because they told her she needed an alignment and I was going to follow her to the alignment place. She came back to me shaking her head saying the lady inside made a mistake and the bill was another $600.00 because she forgot to add on a part.
I got upset and lost my temper a little as I was walking into the shop the lady was in the parking lot I asked in a loud voice what was going on. She immediately told me to calm down and not to yell at her. I promptly told her not to tell me what to do. The boss came out (that's what's on his shirt) and he although abrasive himself did try to calm the situation down somewhat. He offered to split the cost of the part with my friend but continued to berate me. I apologized and said I would remove myself. I went and sat in my vehicle and waited for my friend. I saw her vehicle coming out of the shop and it looked like it was leaving. I thought my friend was going to the alignment shop so I pulled out of the spot I was in and headed for the street.
I spotted my friends car pulling back into Willies so I backed up to wait. Some random employee got his cell phone out and took a picture of me. I rolled down the window and asked if something was wrong and he said yes. He had called the police and for me to take off. He said BYE loudly and rudely. I said BYE right back to him. The boss came out and said he had called the police and that they would talk to me.
I pulled across the street and waited for the police to show up and they never did. I waited there for another 1/2 hour and then drove back around the business but did not see my friends car. I tried calling her several times but got no answer. I hope she is O.K.
Overall I would never recommend a business that does not give you an itemized estimate of repairs.
Beware of this place.

Seriously the most honest auto mechanics I've ever used. They are amazing about communicating with you about the status of your vehicle. I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me on unnecessary fixes. If you want mechanics that you can trust, go to these guys - they're the real deal.
