“Customer service at it's finest!! Even Louie the owners pup is all about customer service. Walking and shopping with girlfriends I went in to have a silver necklace that I wear a lot checked out because it was turning black in the neck area. Rich took my necklace and immediately started to work on it. Long story short...it was dirty, not bad metal like I suspected. He worked on it, polished it, steamed it and polished it again. The girls and I headed over to Montgomery for a birthday celebration beverage, then headed back to R. P. Ellis. Rich, the owner handed me my shiny, clean necklace....and charged me nothing!!! He also cleaned my gold ring and brought it back to a beautiful luster. Amazing customer service!!!! Amazing!!! When you visit Missoula, stop in and give Louie a pet.”
