Lazy store mgr and staff. Called within store hours and they kept hanging up the phone so they didn't have to do anything. Then they just sit it ring for over 10 minutes. These employees are not even doing their job.

I went into Walmart for an oil change on June 18, 2023. I've taken it in several times. The auto tech verified my phone number and took my keys. He said they'd be done in about 45 mins. I walked back at 45 mins to find my car sitting in a bay. No hood up or techs around it. I waited another 15 and went back to see the same thing. Then another 15 minutes to find it was gone. I was happy thinking it was finished. I went up to the counter to ask about it since I had not received their usual text..nor a phone call. I was told they didn't have an oil filter for my model. Which is understandable. I asked the lady at the counter why didn't they page, text or call me. She put her hands in the air and shook her head. Super rude, very unprofessional. No apology, no anything. I don't like my time being wasted. To avoid your time being wasted...Do not use super walmart automotive in Missoula MT.

I am a retired walmart manager from California. I would have fired any employees that treated me as badly as I have been treated at this walmart. The lady in TLE was SO rude, I ended ip buying my tires at costco. And when i have tried to get fabric here I have to wait forever for someone to cut it. After 22 years of working for this company, U am shocked at how bad this particular store is

I go there all the time just to find out they have rotten fruit that is sitting with other fruit they do not bother picking this up and throwing it away I also have seen someone ride a skateboard while eating a tomato he looked homeless their meat if you look closely looks like it is turning green I have told these people they just let it stay there the assistant store manager some young kid doesn't know anything about customer service I do not recommend this Walmart if you go there you are pretty hard

At the self check out for five minutes after a scanned item didn't scan nobody came nobody assisted left the bag of groceries sitting there and walked out

I went to Walmart on Mullen yesterday. I wanted to get a phone adapter for my cellphone. So, I can listen to music as my phone doesn't have the built-in phone jack. The guy in the Electronics saw me coming up to him and he took off as if he didn't want to help me. The customer behind me, "He ditched you." A min later he came back I asked him very nicely and he said, "We don't sell any android here. Go to Best Buy." I thought it was rude on the way he said that to me. I swear I thought they sell android items at Walmart as they sell Samsung phones. I did look on their website after that and they do have it and even had the aisle number at it's: Aisle K3! very disappointed. He didn't even look or check on his phone either to be sure. I did also check to see if they had Samsung phones. Maybe, because I'm a woman and didn't want to help me. He sure did help the guy behind me.

Absolutely I don't recommend any business it has Racism employees like that lady working in self check out inside the Walmart super centre I'm truck driver walk to that store to purchase some food i was entering from the back side where they do tires and oil change because I park in the back I have an 18 wheeler most Walmart they know that truck driver they park in the back of the Walmart So I was going to the self checkout to pay for my food old lady she's working there I was asking her after I pay for my food can I leave the store from the backside just question she started yelling me Sir we are not low anyone To do that I'm going to told the Walmart manager then she start calling everybody in the Walmart I was just shak Wow this is a crazy when I ask her mum that's okay come down I was just asking you question I'm going to leave from the front door no worries then she start yelling me told me you have to leave the store now absolutely this is ridiculous I never see you like this she is very racist person I had never met before I do seen a lot of races but not like that this is a new thing I never seen before then after all this she was looking me she was saying to me do you think I'm rude person what you have a problem wow I wasn't really feel safe nearest to her I was just want to leave and Left outside very upset very sad talking to myself Why people like this they Not supposed to be nice to each other she was an old lady people of this age they must very Cameron not crazy with the other people because they colour or will they come from even when I spoke with the manager over the phone the manager was worse she never apologise she was yelling me over the phone that not right this very crazy people in this Stor...

Extremely disappointed with their pickup service and their customer service abilities. My mom and I live near Darby and used their pickup service to order our groceries since we are both trying to limit our exposure and social distance ourselves. Our pickup was scheduled for 4pm-5pm. We get there at 4:05pm and contact them that we are here to pickup our groceries (which appear on our app as paid for). They cannot seem to find our order even though we provide the receipt and order number confirming it's the correct location. We wait for 30 more minutes to be told "your order got lost in the system we can't give you your groceries today" Once again we had drove from further beyond Hamilton to come and get our groceries and we expressed our dissatisfaction to both the gentleman helping us then to his supervisor. After driving a total of 2.5 hours and waiting for almost an hour at this Walmart we were not given any solutions or any priority and we were told because there system failed we could not have our groceries. I worked as a manger at Whole Foods for several years and this was situation was mind blowing to me. If you are providing a service that customers are paying for, spending time and money for and your service has failed - you need to make this right and you need to make it number 1 priority. If I was the supervisor/manager at this Walmart I would have dropped what I was doing and personally saw to it that we got our groceries. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled and we will be spending our money elsewhere from now on and encouraging others to shop elsewhere as well.

Okay, first off.....it's Wal Mart. Enter at your own risk and enter if you dare. I don't imagine one's expectations can be too high when it comes to shopping at Wal Mart, because we've all been in one and can attest that many of the Wal Mart memes you see on the internet are indeed accurate. You never know what craziness lurks behind the doors. With that being said, I have been to countless different Wal Mart stores in my life, and this one scores pretty close to the top of my list when it comes to cleanliness and availability of products on the shelves. This location is one of two in Missoula and is also the largest. The parking lot is of adequate size, so much so that it is not uncommon to see an abundance of RV's camped out in it. Inside, you will find everything your average Wal Mart carries, including groceries. In addition, there is a Subway, an arcade area, an online order pickup area, a money center for those who utilize cashing checks here or find the need to wire money/purchase a money order, a nail salon(ish), customer service desk, optical center, and a hair salon(ish). All those are located at the front of the store. As with most Wal Mart stores, they also have a garden section that is both indoors and outdoors, and an automotive department. Restrooms are located at the front and back of the store, however the ones in the back are much larger and include a separate family restroom which the front doesn't have. Fitting rooms are located in the center of the clothing area between men and women's apparel. What I love about this store is it is clean! Yes, CLEAN! You will not find things tossed around the shelves or on the floor. The staff do an excellent job at keeping the store looking its best. Even at busy times like the holidays, the store still looks neat, and I can definitely appreciate that. I have been to many Wal Mart's where that was not the case. As for the quality of their meat, well let's just say I do not purchase meat here anymore. After two separate occasions of opening up rancid beef and chicken, I learned my lesson. Both times, the meat wasn't expired, but immediately after bringing it home and opening the package, I was hit with the smell of rotting meat. I assume it was not kept at the appropriate temperature as it should have been, so it spoiled. Both times I returned the meat (yes, you read that correctly) along with my receipt and was given a fill refund with no hassle whatsoever. When it comes to Wal Mart's prices, they really can't be beat. I work hard for my money and want to get the most out of it, and Wal Mart is just the place to do that.

I absolutely hate shopping at this Walmart. They literally run out of staple items sometimes like milk, eggs, and diapers. don't shop here on a Sunday evening. They will be out of everything you need. I don't know why this store can't get it together but it's been this way for 12 years. You would think I would have learned by now. These were Picts taken at 6pm on a Sunday. Empty shelves everywhere and they were out of 2 or 3 of the things I went there for. Get it together Walmart. Either you need to put more employees to work or figure out your inventory system.

Great place to pull in for the night and go shopping too. The parking lot was packed but after we survived the situation we found a spot to pull in and it gave us easy access to the exit for the morning. Thank you Walmart. God is good!

This Walmart never has enough checkers or people working at the help desk. I mean seriously! One person at the help desk and there's 20 of us in line! Terrible customer service too. The last couple weeks I've came to pick a few things up, half the shelves are empty! How can a super store have empty shelves!?

I live out of town and called to make sure they had the item in stock. I was transferred to that department, but no body answered after 10 minutes, so I hung up and went to a place I knew they carried it. The department was pets.
