Always helpful employees that want to work. Jordan was awesome tonight, and stayed late to make sure I was happy with my service. The only Verizon store I will go to when I need something.

On November 16th at 1:30 pm (the Verizon store on Reserve street in Missoula Montana) a young lady named Madison greeted me at the door and solved my phone issue in 5 minutes. Thank you Madison! Please let her know I think she's great!

Ordered an iPhone 15 with them, waited a month, they finally got it and when I drove 45 minutes to pick it up (during their open hours) all the lights were on and the doors were locked! I figured someone was on break so I decided to run errands for an hour and a half, came back still the same. Lights on and doors locked. I can understand someone being on break but good lord an hour and a half?? I've seen multiple people show up and try to enter the store so they're definitely losing business!!

The service team is highly unprofessional. We missed a deal on the 31st March because they did not open at 9 a.m. We waited till 9.20 and had to leave. We went back on 1st April and signed up to exchange my Iphone 11 for an Iphone 14 which we were told would arrive in two days. When I finally called on 10 April, we were told the phone had reached the store on the 3rd but they had not informed us. When we went in, Terra told us the phone had not arrived. After 15 minutes she discovered it had. It then took her and another team member two hours to do the paperwork and transfer the data, mostly because Terra is new and kept making mistakes. They could not transfer the data in the normal way for some reason, so they had to do it through a Verizon App. When almost done, they told us they could not transfer my text messages when doing it this way. I asked them to cancel the transaction and the big white guy helping Terra said that would cost $50 as restocking fee and it was not required that they transfer the data! So we went ahead. The same guy explicitly promised that all my Apps would be transferred. In fact, six of my Apps were not transferred. When I went to tell him this, he rudely said he was off the clock. I will never go to this store again.

There a joke .. they deleted my Disney when I got a new phone... why?? And when you get a new phone they'll mess up your WHOLE account lie to you. They reinstate it but did it that cost me more.. they are a joke. The people in the store also did not know what to do and gave me the wrong number...

Bruce spent nearly 2 hours with me, teaching me, so very patiently, how to use my new phone. He was professional and patient .... I am 78 years old and appreciate patience... would I recommend Bruce....ABSOLUTELY !

Placed an online order for pick up, went in to check the status/pick up and Krista said that it was a mistake and there was no phone for me. Didn't try to look for it in the back, check to see if there was another one. Felt like she really didn't want to help the situation, very poor customer service !!!

Krista did a great job setting me up with a new phone and transferring all information from my old broken phone! Brilliant and deserving of a raise in pay! I will pray for that?
