The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store. I have been a customer of Verison for 24 years. Employees made no eye contact nor attempted to offer assistance upon entering. There were three employees. This is a very small store in the mall. The first employee was with a customer. Did not acknowledge myself and one other person who entered the store at the same time. He got up- walked past me another customer as if we were not there. I could hear voices of two other people in an area behind the counter and wall. Another employee entered the lobby. She walked right past me, and another customer sat down at a table near us. Employee proceeded to use her cell phone while a 4th customer entered the far end of the store. Zero acknowledgment to anyone, still. Another customer asked for assistance for me. Decided to give one more chance with a return. As everyone has an off day. No change. Will not return. Reserve Street Verizon was great! It's just highly inconvenient. However, inconvenience is better than poor customer service.

My husband and I went in today to switch to Verizon. Vanessa was an absolute rockstar during our visit and helped us get new phones as well as switch over from our old provider. We could not have been happier with the customer service.

Cayli at the Verizon store was super helpful in setting me up with my new phone. They’re always trying to upswell you (that’s just the name of the game) and she got a screen protector out of me. Hard to argue with them when you show up to the store with a cracked phone screen. Friendly staff, nice and quick.

They don't know what they are doing it's a SCAM. I Called them again to get my refund of 100 dollars they took out for a damaged phone even tho I have insurance. They said I I didn't to the right paper work but I was on the phone with multiple Verizon representatives including the store and they all gave me the run around. They said they were gonna give me back the money into my bank account after I told them I didn't want the credit cause I HAVE other bills to pay and you can't keep my money when you were in the wrong.

I was in the Verizon store in Missoula Mt.in December. I brought my granddaughters phone in because the screen had gone black. I asked if they could look at it, then they were like. “If you broke this phone your paying full price for another one.” I said. We didn’t drop it, it started glitching from the time we got it. They just would not believe me. I said give me the phone and I will decide. I grabbed the phone almost in tears and left. I went back and was advised to bring it back and have them look at it. I did and Joan asked me to leave. I will never ever go back there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal there. We called the technician and her phone had been breached. It was not dropped as we had been accused of mishandling the phone.

Loved the help we received. Had a problem not so common and working together with us they figured it out. Rob the specialist and the manger worked together and got our phones working again. They we very easy to work with and I would recommend them anytime to anyone needing help. Was so glad we decided to stop in.
