Tried to add a new line to my account. The website didn't work to complete the transfer. Went to this store for help. Store said they couldn't help with that and gave us a number to call, which we did and then spent an hour and a half talking to someone apparently in India who kept putting us on hold and we now know did not have a clue what he was doing. Thought we might have finally accomplished the task, however now we are paying for two accounts that are still not connected and insurance we never requested. And I still can't speak to a real person who knows anything about how to resolve this problem. Zero stars for Verizon!

I was misled at point of sale by a rep, then promised a confirmation text with a resolution from another rep a week later. Never received the text. Went in a 3rd time and spoke with a manager and a different rep who later texted me that they wouldn’t keep their word from the point of sale unless I purchased a second line of service. I had to call into retention department and submit the handwritten notes of the sales rep to get them to honor what I was promised. If setting up new service, go to the Costco Kiosk next door. They have better exclusive promotions anyway. I work in a similar industry and I send all my customers to Costco now to sign up for Verizon.

Verizon gives faults advertisement. Before, I was paying $175.00 for three phones. Now I'm paying $243.00. They took unauthorized money ? out of my account.

Went in to replace a sim card that wasn't working but also asked how much to upgrade one of our phones. The guy comes back with a quote after about 20 minutes that he said will get us a free upgrade and save money. I asked if it included the same insurance our plan currently has. At 1st he said he didn't know but then he said it did. Since he seemed confused, I took his quote and went to my computer to look into our plan and add up the numbers. It turns out his proposal changed all of our lines to inferior plans except the one we wanted to upgrade. His proposal did not include the same features as our current plan. When I added in the insurance and other features our current plan has it came out to over $80 that he didn't include in his quote. I went back in, waited another hour to try to understand their quote. The next guy that helped me got angry at me. The manager was involved both times I went in. They are either blatantly trying to get people into more expensive plans by leaving things out of their quotes, or they don't have a clue what they are doing. When they give you a quote make sure you understand what is not included in their quote as well as what is included. Very dishonest crew at this store today!

My phone service hasn't worked properly for at least a week. After hours and hours and hours on the phone and speaking to at least 30 "tech support" agents, I still couldn't make or receive calls, which is the whole point of the phone. The problem is not my phone but something on Verizon side because sims from other services work right away as soon as plugged into my phone.I already spent about 15 hours on the phone with "customer service" and made about 7 trips between two different verizon stores with nothing to show for it. I was willing to be patient and work with Zane to finish resolving it. However, Brittany, who is somehow a manager, is a jerk on a power trip.I explained to her the situation that my phone service isn't working and I really need it to work. She told me to wait. After couple minutes she came back to me to ask if I had any other questions. I said: my phone service isn't working for a week. What other questions should I be asking?That caused her to be triggered.I'm done with Verizon for good.Give Zane a riase. Fire Brittany.Mind you, I never used any foul language or raised my voice. Brittany just shouldn't be in customer service if her response to customer's understandable frustration is to get triggered without hearing the person out.I am following it up with FCC.

I was having issues activating a new phone so, I tried to get help and a phone case at this location. Google said it was open until 8pm but the doors were locked at 7:40pm. The lights were on and I could see a door open inside so I knocked on the door. No help. Wasted trip to Missoula.

Hesitated to even go in... didn't want to spend my afternoon there waiting... well, to my surprise I didn't wait to long & got what I needed at a better price than I thought... well done, guys, will recommend this store to everyone...

I was quoted 166.00 then at the end it went to 550.00 after a bunch of days and hrs back and forth I found out the lower pk had no m9ble hot spot I called up Verizon spoke with Ashley and she just wanted to hang up. I request a sup she placed me on hold and now I get calls from a private number with screaming. I'm done . And I can't even get these phones returned they say a 2 hr waiting
