Zane is a great empathetic person and helpful customer service rep. My phone service hasn't worked properly for at least a week. After hours and hours and hours on the phone and speaking to at least 30 "tech support" agents, I still couldn't make or receive calls, which is the whole point of the phone. I was willing to be patient and work with Zane to finish resolving it. However, Brittany,who is somehow a manager, is a jerk on a power trip.I explained to her the situation that my phone service isn't working and I really need it to work. After couple minutes she came back to me to ask if I had any other questions. I said: my phone service isn't working for a week. What other questions should I be asking?That caused her to be triggered.I'm done with Verizon for good.Give Zane a riase. Fire Brittany.Mind you, I never used any foul language or raised my voice. Brittany just shouldn't be in customer service if her response to customer frustration who is, understandably frustrated is to get triggered without hearing the person out.I am following it up with FCC.

I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade. I'm on hold with them as I write this. This is the most corporate, expensive, unhelpful company. I actually feel bad for the employees working in these stores. I'm transferring my service to Patriot Mobile. Spare yourself the expense and frustration.

The staff member I asked questions of was useless. I asked about a product and misspoke the name. He looked at me like I was an idiot and didn't bother to offer a correct name for the product. Just pretty much acted above it all. Not much for games so I left. Looked it up online, realized my mistake. Thought a while. If I were managing that employee and knew of this interaction I'd probably offer him the door. He knew exactly what I was acting but his smart ass superior douche attitude stopped him from assisting me. I'll never be back to this location. I'll get Mint mobile before I require assistance from that store.

On Oct. 7, 2022, I went to the store to buy a charger for my husband's new iphone. It was about 12:30. A man came up to me, and upon asking me what I came for, told me to stand by a door and he would get to me as soon as he checked in 2 other persons waiting to be checked in. He checked in the 2 persons, and three other persons came in after I did and he helped them, each time a significant amount of time, letting them step ahead of me. I waited so long and it seems he would not get back to me unless all others, coming in well after me, were checked in. I went up to a person behind a counter, after waiting for them to finish with a customer, and told him I was being ignored and the man was helping all others ahead of me. The counter man asked for my name, and it turns out I was never even checked in!! He said he'd put me 1st on the queue and he got the part I needed. The 1st man came up, maybe he saw me complaining to the 2nd man, and I told him I was tired of waiting since he put everyone walking in the door ahead of me. He said, "I told you that was my job." How rude. He told me nothing except to stand a certain place and he get to me after he checked in the 2 person there when I was.

Stopped by this store to get a case, screen protector and a lens protector for my brand new iPhone 14 pro max. A representative helped me so I could get the right stuff. Apparently, it was difficult because the case I was sold does not fit my phone. The rep had me check out on this kiosk thing and it didn't print a receipt. The rep said- oh no biggie, you'll get an email receipt. Never received that email receipt. I spent $107+ at this store to get the right stuff. I can't return the case because I don't have a receipt because 1) rep is lazy 2) email receipt wasn't sent. The store is 150 miles from where I live, so I need to drive 100 miles the other direction to get a case before I leave for a hunting trip tomorrow morning. They were sure quick to take the money from my account. Now I'm stuck with a case that isn't usable that I paid $60 for, that I cannot even return.

I got my review taken down how weird. They lie to you how long the wait time will be. They don't know how the insurance works or warranty works which makes them useless unless you wanna buy. And that's what's wrong with their business plan. They just want to seek you stuff but as soon as you have questions they make you wait for the one person who does know to just tell you go home and do it your self. Would have been nice to know that an hour before just wait for a guy. The conversation lasted seconds and I walked out. The insurance is a SCAM. I had pod for over two years of insurance which was over 400 for two years, the battery stop working so the insurance guys sent me over to the warranty but warranty sent me over insurance and it became a nightmare.... Verizon in all levels of customer service don't know anything. I had to call 3 times to get 3 Avery different answers on how to approach this. They ended up charging me over 300 dollars for a crack lens that must of gotten crack in shipping. But claimed that I had to because it wasn't covered by warranty and had to charge me .... Those people don't care they Sorry like it can pay Bills... most people don't got money laying around to just have unless you are a cooperation.... They said a refund would go as credit to my account... I have them he'll and fought for MY Own money back... I knew this would happen but that still hasn't happen after a week and HOURS on the phone with their horrible customer service... on day 7 and still no refund. Kick rocks I would change you if you didn't have a monopoly on the towers in the areas...

Verizon Missoula - specifically Brandan - absolutely SUPERB!! I flew from Charleston, SC, time crunch, my phone was a disaster. They gave me an amazing deal, took care of everything beyond measure! Professional, expedient, not only pleased and impressed - grateful and I would hire Brandan in a minute. Just really terrific!
