Very disappointed in the Missoula main office. I sent over 200 save the dates and all of them turned out ruined and burned. The best the office could do was have me fill out a paper form to try and give to the postmaster. I was hoping for a refund or for stamps for our invites but nothing was offered. The front staff told me we were “lucky they didn’t get stuck in the machine” and ruined entirely. How disappointing and frustrating.

I was informed a package was due to arrive on Thursday, June 13, 2021, between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. I waited, watching the mailbox for the carrier. I observed him stop in front of the box at 12:31pm. I put on my shoes and tried to wave down the carrier, he drove past me. The package was not delivered. I received several updates, telling me the end time of the delivery window had changed, first to 2:30 pm, the to 6:30 pm. I later received an update, indicating the carrier was unable to access my mailbox at 2:09pm. I was observing my mailbox and the carrier never returned to my mailbox. After 6:30 pm, I received an update claiming my package was delivered to my mailbox at 3:58 pm. There was nothing in, on, or about my mailbox. I will be speaking with the originator of the package to use another shipping method in the future. Again, after watching my mailbox all day, and observing the carrier approaching my mailbox only once, I know for sure the package was not delivered. I am beginning to question whether the carrier missed it during the delivery, the marked it delivered and got rid of it afterwards.

Americas best post office!! Always willing to help and easy to work with. I have worked with multiple folks at this post office and am always pleasantly surprised by their customer service.

I have't received a single package at my apartment or place of work for 10 months. I am of course able to receive paper mail at both locations and UPS and FedEx can deliver packages at both addresses without issue. I have tried multiple times to talk to anyone at the Kent branch, but can never get in touch with a human being. I also submit the issue to the main 1 800 post office number, but am told every time about how the post office branch is allowing the issues to expire so that they do not have to be dealt with. I am dead sick and tired of everything I order being returned to sender. I am sorry if this post office is understaffed, but almost an entire year has gone by with me not being able to receive packages that unfortunately are sent through USPS by the companies in question within the city limits of Missoula.

The service the USPS provides to the people of Missoula is like 1950's communist Russia. I don't understand why the United States has money to bomb people all over the world and not to provide adequate staffing/wages for the Postal Service in this town. Bless the employees working at the counters because they certainly do not get paid enough.
Also, there needs to be a "Delivery Not Attempted. Just drive over here and wait in line." label for packages.

Had to visit this post office in order to give my fingerprints for a visa related background check. Was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but the experience turned out to be great! I went during passport walk-in hours and the man at the passport counter was incredibly kind and knowledgable about the process (which only took about 5 minutes!)

It is really heartbreaking how understaffed and over worked the employees are at this station. Due to this over work and understaffed you see the effects in the inconsistencies of mail being being delivered. I have personally experienced over a 2 year period having a PO Box at the Kent location the following: mail placed into the wrong PO Box (6 times), Parcel locker keys placed in the wrong PO Box ( 2 time), packages being delivered to location but lost before making it to the PO Box (5 times). The employees are very kind and do try to help to the best of their abilities, but it is very apparent by the long lines daily regardless of what day of the week I have stopped in.

Absolutely unhelpful and rude. An honest mistake was made with a shipping label and there was no communication or understanding from the desk worker. Go anywhere else, they’ll handle you’re issues like an actual business should

BEWARE! Appointment for passports, arrive and they have sign up canceling all passport appointments. Waste of time, disabled and need to go down there to find out closed? NO notification. And we keep throwing money into a business that is terrible and getting worse.Recommend not using them. After looking at the reviews this has become a common reoccurring issue, people coming from out of town, packing kids, disabled and arriving for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and then told canceled. Bad business.

What a disaster house this place is! Always like 20 people in line. Made a passport appt, grabbed the kids out to it, come inside to find out they aren’t “accepting” appts! How can you make an appt online and not accept them after people waste their time coming! Government ran junk.

ALWAYS one person assisting patrons! No matter how long the line is, service is extremely slow. You can hear people in the back, but only one person in the front.
