All the all the employees I've ever interacted with and seen interact with customers but nothing but patient kind intolerant especially to those extremely uppity demanding entitled they have a gift for such individuals

Laughable. You would think that with 4 offices in missoula, they could get a package to you when they say it's due...swear every package I get through them ends up sitting in missoula for a couple days for no apparent reason.....
