Lovely campus, hard to find parking but a nice 40 minute walk, including the Oval with grizzly statue to the tower). We did not have time to hike the "M" but it was visible throughout.

Beautiful campus. Easy to get around. Mainly was there to hike the M Trail. Some idiot in a review said it takes only 15 minutes to get to the top. Um, I don't know what M Trail they were on, but it was not this one. Maybe if you're a weirdo who runs up steep hills. Normal people walk and enjoy the scenery.
The one good thing about this trail is while it is steep, it has many switchback and most of them have a bench at the end of each switchback. They're great for not only people who have trouble with the strenuous hike, but the view of Missoula from each bench is spectacular.
Pretty flowers. Saw some deer and a snake. Cool birds. Met a bunch of nice people on the way up. And one of the best things about this hike was it was easy to find parking and pay for it at the trailhead. There is also a very nice restroom at the trailhead.

Loved the campus. It is beautiful. The views from campus are stunning. They do a great job of highlighting the native Indians, their building was so nice to see them showcasing their history. The Rec building is nice with tons of options for the students. Their staff is so friendly. Every single one of them we talked to were so polite and eager to share about anything. The view from the oval is breathtaking, especially on a foggy day- take your camera. They have lots of options for students to engage with nature that is surrounding the campus.

We drove by around 6 p.m. on Labor Day and it was pretty quiet.
Nice, clean campus, but nothing too special.

My daughter and I decided to top a strip through campus and climb Mount M. The university is nestled at the bottom of Mount M and has great 360 views of the mountains. This campus was beautiful. There are beautiful, mature trees, nice sculptures and artwork and well maintained buildings with historical markers throughout campus.
To top it off there are great views from the top of Mount M. It's 406 feet of steep switchbacks, but the view is worth it. If in Missoula you need to type the campus.

I went to school here for my undergrad and graduate degrees. I love this campus as it is so beautiful - especially in the fall with all the trees. I love just walking across the campus and taking it all in.

I really liked the space where we can walk on the campus.
The buildings are mostly modern.
Other building were older, but they were attractive as well.
The day we came, there were a lot of young kids with their school teachers. There was a beautiful playground.
There are lots of trees and space.
There are some monuments.
They have people taking care of the flowers and trees.
I really enjoyed my visit to this university.

NOT A Fee free ATM. Normally US Bank is a fee-free ATM, at least for my financial institution. Check yours. Also free for those that collect EBT cash benefits. This one IS NOT. It wants to charge 3 bucks for a withdrawal, unlike normal US Bank ATMs which are fee-free. What a let-down. Little ATM parked in a cubby directly in front of the food court on the second floor of the student center. (University Center building)
